We get encouraged to eat vegetables 🥦 🥕( not forced) and we now enjoy them.

Our chicken stir fry, 🍝 had about 6 veggies ( carrots 🥕 , peppers 🫑 tomatoes 🍅, broccoli 🥦, eggplant 🍆 and onion 🧅 . All freshly picked and prepared.
Apple 🍎 was our fruity of the day. ( every meal comes with the fruit of the day).

Growing minds and bodies needs healthy meal. We are blessed with the smartest healthy ever.
