We are grateful for the enriching sessions weβve had with the NUL Faculty of Education team.
In the first session, lecturers and their 3rd-year students shared insightful presentations on modern teaching theories. In the second, NUL students engaged with our Grade 11 learners, sharing their experiences, offering guidance on excelling in final exams, and giving a glimpse into life at tertiary level.
The aims of this community service included training teachers on integrated curriculum, multimodal pedagogies, GenAI literacy, and bridging the gap between theory and practice. It also focused on guiding learners on transitioning successfully from high school to tertiary institutions.
We sincerely thank Ms. Matee, Ms. Thamae, and Mr. Lekhanya for this great initiative, and the entire NUL team for their support. This partnership is invaluable as we continue to shape brighter futures together. π
