The 29th May 2026, our school proudly hosted its Award Giving Day, a special occasion dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the outstanding achievements of our learners.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our students who excelled in the Lesotho General Certificate of Secondary Education (LGCSE) examinations, demonstrating remarkable dedication, perseverance, and academic excellence. What a great way to commence the week!

Yesterday our students together with Soofia International School had the privilege of hosting a joint Career Guidance session by the University of Johannesburg and Central University of Technology, Free State (CUT).

They may call it “Blue Monday,” but for our students ,it was an inspiring Monday filled with motivation, opportunities, and dreams for the future.
Thank you to both universities for empowering our learners and continuing to shape tomorrow’s leaders.

Likileng International School Back on the Trail! The Legendary Tunnel-to-Tunnel Hike 2026. What we call: EDUCATION BEYOND THE CLASSROOM

On the 1st of May 2026, Likileng International School (High School students) embarked on a life-changing Educational Hike from Ngoajane LHDA Tunnels to Makhunoane.

This was not just a walk through the mountains — it was a journey through knowledge, history, geography, and national development. Learners were exposed to powerful presentations on geographical concepts, environmental awareness, and the rich historical background of Lesotho Highlands Development Authority and its contribution to the growth and transformation of Lesotho.

From observing landforms and water systems firsthand, to understanding the engineering significance of the LHDA tunnels, our students experienced learning in its purest and most practical form. Education came alive beyond the four walls of the classroom.

At Likileng International School, we believe in raising learners who are informed, adventurous, analytical, and deeply connected to their environment and heritage.

We do not only teach learners to pass examinations — we prepare them to understand the world around them.

On the 30th of April, at Emmanuel High School, greatness was not just witnessed rather it was declared!
