Day 3: AI in Bioscience Research Workshop🟢💻

Today we drew the curtains on our AI in Bioscience Research Workshop at the Orange Digital Center in Congo Town featuring two in-depth lectures across Machine Learning and Ethics, Publication, & Research Impact.

Our first session on Machine Learning was conducted by Orange Coding School Associate, Mr. Shallom Nelson. In this session, we explored supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, and clustering, as well as model evaluation and validation. We also ran through data-set and analysis tools like Kaggle, Claude AI, &, Orange Data Mining.

Our last session was ran by Mr. Mohammed Konneh, a Research Scientist at the Food Authority of Liberia, on Ethics, Publication, & Research Impact.

We want to extend our sincere thanks to our partner and sponsor, Orange Digital Center & Orange Liberia, for their immense support and generosity.

In our closing session, we certified about thirty (30) young and emerging bioscience researchers in the use of AI as a tool for research.

Day 2: AI in Bioscience Research Workshop🟢💻

Today presentation was a full-scale conversation around curating and navigating an AI-Ehanced Research Workflow to ensure accurate data collection and analysis, as well as the ethics that surround it. We navigated a few artificial intelligence tools and how we can use them to make research easier and solve problems.

This practical session was led by the CEO of CYEGC I.T. Solutions, Mr. Charles G. Kpan Jr. His lecture gives us an immense perspective on curating and navigating an enhanced AI workflow.
