This activity is part of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) 2021-2023 grant support project title: Promoting citizens’ awareness on the decentralization and local governance law to enhance local service delivery in Liberia.
There are still challenges to promoting inclusive policy making so as to provide greater accountability and responsiveness to the needs of citizens. And Corruption remains a cross-cutting governance challenge that affects service delivery outcomes.
We remain focus to increasing youth activism and active participation, fostering social innovation, and improving governance to reduce inequality to ensuring equitable growth and well-being with special emphasis on helping the disadvantaged achieve their full potential. Maltida Parker’s legal Counsel on September 15 filed a twenty-five count petition to dismiss the indictment by the Grand jury of Monrovia on the former NPA boss.
According to Cllr. Authur Johnson, his client acted base on instruction by former President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf to urgently take action as was necessary to speed-up the removal of wrecks and dredge the Port of Sinoe
