On Monday, February 5, 2019, we had 16 students being honored as Principal’s List Students. These students maintained an average of 90% above in our system where 70 - 74 is red and 75 above is blue. These students maintained 90% throughout the 1st semester without any red on their grade sheets. We are proud of these students.
On January 29, 2019, we lost a very committed and dedicated teacher who was the longest serving staff member - Aunty Kou Jimmie. We lost a role model to many of our students. Beyond her classroom concerns for her students, she comforted and cuddled them with care. Her services to Prime System School of Christ will be remembered forever. As I solemnly reflect on her loyalty, support and prayers for Prime System, I am challenged the more. She was our Nursery Class teacher and sponsor. Her heart of gratitude overflowed with love for service and dedication to changing the lives of those 3yrs old she touched and beyond. Aunty Kou as you were widely known, you’ve left indelible marks on many lives.
We mourn your loss and miss your love. But we are of the deepest conviction that you are resting comfortably in Abraham’s bosom.
Till we meet again.
For the growth of the kids who live in this impoverished environment that Prime System is also situated, the school anticipates the below listed goals with faith that God will open avenues for it to be achieved.
1. CONSTRUCT THE SECOND STOREY: This storey will host a 25 desktop-computers computer lab and a library. The computer lab will provide opportunities for students to catch-up with the rapid-growing technology of the 21st century. The school anticipate providing internet in the lab. With the provision of internet-accessed computers, it will serve as a research center for students to do assignments. The school anticipates a library that will hosts 1000 volume books. The library will also serve as a resource center to the community. This will allow students from other schools to research their assignments.
2. CONSTRUCT A THIRD STOREY: This storey will serve as a mini-auditorium for events that the school will be hosting. The community will also be allowed to use it for programs.
3. CONSTRUCT PRIME SYSTEM SCHOOL OF CHRIST ON HER 4-ACRES LAND: The school anticipates transitioning on her personal 4-acres land situated in the Seminary community. The school will start by moving the junior high students to the new campus. However, the school will still maintain her campus at the ELWA Studio Junction.
We believe that with faith in God, we can achieve the above 3 major goals. Please remember us in your prayers as we remain passionate in helping the impoverished kids with education solidly build on the Bible’s standard.
If you are touched by how the Lord is using these nationals in Liberia, you can contact the school by email in the "About" tab.
[10/02/14] We are presently undergoing a 2-storey building project to help host our fast-growing student population and cope with the road construction that will reduce our campus size. Please pray that this project will be completed successfully.
