The Liberia Maritime Authority (LiMA) is pleased to announce that the Authority will award scholarships to six female students to attend the Regional Maritime University in Accra, Ghana for BSc. Degree study in the following disciplines:

1. Marine Engineering (M E)

2. Marine Electrical Engineering (M E E)

3. Nautical Science (N S)

4. Port and Shipping Administration (P S A)

Interested individuals MUST meet the following requirements:

a) Not more than 25 years of age

b) Have an average of 85% or above in (Math, Physics, Chemistry and Geography)

c) WAEC/WASSCE Certificate with Division I and II or an aggregate average below 24

Camp for Peace Liberia is urgently seeking experienced and passionate Trade Teachers to join our vocational school in Salayea, Lofa County. We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

Carpentry Teacher
Masonry Teacher
Plumbing Teacher
Electricity Teacher

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging lessons in the respective trade areas.
Provide both theoretical and practical training to students.
Create a conducive learning environment that promotes skill development.
Assess student progress and provide feedback for improvement.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in Carpentry, Masonry, Plumbing, or Electricity.
Strong background in both theoretical knowledge and practical application.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Applications are open for the upcoming ITP311-program On Land Governance. Sida welcomes applications from professionals within public organizations, members of CSOs, NGOs, and representatives from the local community ready to implement and manage change processes.

The program aims to strengthen the capacity of and cooperation between institutions and organizations in the sector. This is to make a difference by enhancing the living conditions of poor and vulnerable people in peri-urban and urban areas.
