Something Big Is Coming
In the coming weeks something very big is coming.

Good Evening Dear Parents,

We hope this message finds you well.

The administration has observed that some students currently have incomplete grades in various subjects. Please note that these may affect overall academic performance and could result in failure or placement in summer school if not addressed. To support our students, 5th period grades will be used to supplement any incomplete grades in the corresponding subjects.

Examination Schedule:
• 5th Term Exams: May 11 – 15, 2026
• Mock Exams (12th Grade): Begin May 18, 2026
• During the 5th Term Exams, 12th grade students will be on break to prepare for their mock exams.

Important Requirements:
• All students must be 100% cleared of fees before sitting any examination.
• Students who are not fully paid will not be allowed to sit exams.
• All students must come to school daily with their ID cards. The QR code will be scanned to track attendance and fee status.
• Attendance carries 20 marks and contributes to final results.

Additional Updates:
• Grades 3, 6, and 9 will resume next week for exam preparation.
• Parents are advised not to keep students at home.
• Previous mock exams taken were practice and not the final WAEC exams.
• Plans for Gala Day will be announced after the 5th Term Exams.
