OFFICIAL STUDENT NOTICE – FIELD TRIP

Date: April 23, 2026

All students are hereby informed that the institution’s field trip is scheduled for tomorrow. The school bus will depart promptly at 7:45 a.m.

Due to the number of planned activities and the fact that the trip is a same-day event, all students must ensure they arrive on or before the stated time. Please note that students who arrive after 7:45 a.m. and miss the bus will be solely responsible for the consequence.

Students who have not completed payment are required to report to the Dean of Students Affairs before 7:45 a.m. for possible consideration. Any request made after this time will not be entertained.

Additionally, the administration wishes to make it clear that no feeding arrangements will be provided. All students are therefore advised to come along with their own food and refreshments.

Your cooperation and punctuality are highly expected.
