The Liberia Association of Adventist Students (LAAS) High School Chapters Leadership attended a one day Leadership Seminar at the South-west Liberia Conference Seventh-day Adventist Church Headquarters on Thursday March 16, 2017
The purpose of the seminar was to share the vision of a Bible centered movement of students where all will Uphold, Live & Share the Gospel; and with a mission to prepare Campuses for Eternity.
Madam Theresa Sheriff, Education Director SWLC welcomed the students and give the purpose of gathering whiles Pastor Stanton Witherspoon, Youth/Chaplaincy/Public Campus Ministries Director SWLC shared the vision with emphasis on developing a unified body of Seventh-day Adventist students with an unsleeping consciousness for spiritual, moral, and academic excellence; and one in which every student is a missionary.
The Seminar brought together twenty five (25) Students Leaders and four (4) Chaplains from the five (5) Seventh-day Adventist High Schools in Monrovia.
