Article 10

The Republic shall ensure the publication and dissemination of this Constitution throughout the Republic and the teaching of its principles and provisions in all institutions of learning in Liberia.

Love 105.1 FM radio station here in Liberia was the first station to air this constitutional forum program with Emmanuel Randall being the Producer and presenter of this all informative and educative program.

The Liberia Constitutional Forum (KNOW YOUR CONSTITUTION) after all its constitutional research, notice that the provisions of the constitution was not balance and needed to have a serious constitutional reform in order to move Liberia forward.

In this like, the Forum recommended to the Liberian Government for a constitutional reform process.

This recommendation prompted the president of the Republic of Liberia Madam Ellen Johnson Sirleaf to create a Constitutional Review Committee in 2013 which is refer to as the C.,R.C.
