To our hard work Faculty, staff, parents and students, as we come to the close of another year, we want to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for your dedication to teaching and learning. This year brought its share of challenges, growth, and change, and through it all, our staff remained focused on what matters most—our students.
Your commitment to high-quality instruction, thoughtful planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement has made a meaningful difference in classrooms across our school. Whether through innovative lessons, differentiated support, or simply showing up each day with care and professionalism, your work has had a lasting impact on our students’ academic growth and well-being.
We are especially grateful to our staff for your willingness to reflect, adapt, and support one another. The culture of learning you help create—among both students and staff—is something to be proud of and to our parents and students we say thanks for choosing Maggie Lampkins Institute
As you move into the new year, we hope you find time to rest, recharge, and celebrate all that you have accomplished this year. Thank you for your hard work, resilience, and dedication. I look forward to continuing our work together in the coming year.

His academic excellence is complemented by significant professional achievements. He has gained invaluable experience working with *ArcelorMittal Mines in Canada as a Mining Mineralogist in 2023, before returning home to lend his expertise to ArcelorMittal Liberia*. Currently, as the Lead on Projects and optimization, he contributes significantly to the design of the $1.4 billion dollars AML 15-million-ton concentrator project—Liberia’s largest mining initiative—which promises to transform the nation’s mineral sector.
In addition to his engineering work, he is a *prolific author*, with numerous publications in *high-impact journals including Elsevier, Scopus, and ResearchGate, along with presentations at international conferences Notably, he represented Liberia and ArcelorMittal at the 14th World Conference of Mineral Processing Engineer_ Comminution 2025 in Cape Town*, where he presented groundbreaking research in mineral engineering.
