The greatest threats to Liberia"s peace and stability are not what being said by the oppositions but youth unemployment and inequality in health, economics and politics.

In Liberia, Liberians are concerned with political experience without achievements, and not about their livelihood developments. Doing the same and expecting development.

The End of Laws in Liberia: evidential of the Costa's case

It seems that CPP as a group of political parties doesn't favor rule of laws and justice. It is evident in the way in which they are handling the Costa's case. How can you defend someone who refused to appear before officers of the Liberian Immigration Services? I am bamboozled about such act from the oppositions.

I wonder if Costa was from the USA, like Edwin Snowden or Chapo, the drug dealer, would have been allowed to host a show? This is impossible!

Let it be known that Liberia is bigger than anyone. And no one should use politics to damage the country's reputation or bend the rule of laws.

Darius wants to use Costa in his early campaign for the 2023 general elections. Because Costa is good as being used as canon foldder, to distract the government attention. He is a good lier.

ADD feels that the CPP can win the next general electiin by causing commotions and stirring discomfort among the citizenry.

Why Costa's radio station was closed; and how he left from Liberia to the USA?.

For inciting the citizens and abusive language always used by Costa, his radio station was closed. And he escapes from standing trial. Costa was told to appear at the immigration office. He refused,and escaped to the USA. An act of flight, which shows that person is found guilty.

According to law, flight is presumed to be guilty. The GOL is in high pursuit of him. His act of escaping makes for his commission of crime ( forgery ) to be in plain view. A good lawyer should have the ability to understand this.

How would a responsible group of parties support someone of such nature? Two counts against Costa: radio station closure because of inciting citizens against the state and as fugitive. Is this how the CPP will run the country?

Costa should not be given the right of freedom of speech. Freedom of speech comes with responsibility. Is Costa responsible? If responsible, then why is it that he flees the country not wanting to be trialed?

No civilized society will support what Costa had done. He is a fugitive and wanted by the GOL; and should appear before the Police, then Court and if found guilty, the corrections.

This how the criminal justice system and the rule of laws work in Liberia in criminal cases and not civil cases.

In Liberia, we practice common laws. Common laws call for due process, which is intended for an accused to be given rights to trial. The right to remain silent, the right to lawyers, the right to bill, the right to appear in open court for due process, and the likes.

In a criminal case the accused should appear to the police station for questions. He makes statement, and is taken to the grand jury. When there is a probable cause that a crime was committed, the grand juror will prepare the indictment, but if there is no probable cause, the grand juror will issue the writ of ignoramus.

So, GOL will not indict Costa in his absence. The case started with the Immigration, and he didn't appear, how would he be indicted?

The criminal justice system is a network and is interwoven. From one component to another, till the case is adjudicated.

If Costa didn't appear in one component, and refused he is a fugitive. He can not possess the same rights like us. He can't be classified as a responsible citizen.

Liberia is a country of laws and order. No one can disregard or disrespect this country, and expect to have the same right like law abiding citizens. Costa, as a fugitive can not host a show in this country which he escaped justice, and wants to be in the USA to has equal saying like me or you.

We must stop this!

Flawed Financial Analysis from CPP"S Members.
Most of their analyses are belaboring. They have to rethink, when analyzing financial crisis.
Which crisis are we in? This is a financial crisis that is exacerbated by COVID 19. The world is experiencing what is known in economics as Dark Recession. Global economic activities are paused, which have led to fall in economic growth. They politicians continue to fool our people this manner. They are fuzzy economist seeking political recognitions to win power.

Stop your lies and evils against the Liberians.

You are all zombie economists.

Where we go again! The County Meet has turned out to be politicized. At this, I am confounded why a country of Liberia size is concerned with politics?

A country of about two hundred years of history is broiled with poverty, poor education, food unsecured, unemployment and all of the black holes of economics, but the young ones are entrenched in politics.

What is the reason? One answer, it is the shortcut to amass wealth wrongly at the expense of the poor.

Nobody cares about the abject conditions of the poor, who is made up of over 69% of the country's population.

Yet, the poor are helpless, voiceless, and no one cares.

So, if the county is of political it is not a surprise. Some want to show up political relevant, and others to be known by the President.

It is to some as the step further to cement their legislative hunts.

It is time to right the evils against the poor.

Liberia, a country polarized by politics, where can it go? It is time to think innovation and to industrialize. A country that is industrialized is to develop.
