Afraid, are YOU? Alright & Same Pinch!


I am afraid that we will ultimately get so used to this lockdown that stepping out will become a Herculean task the day lockdown is over!

A Crowd will look like a commotion.

Too many people talking will sound like a chaotic noise.

Roads zooming with cars will seem like an unending maze of puzzle.

Morning rush hours will appear to be a hazy super fast train running past with its shriek.

The rat race will be a confusion with no end and no beginning.

The kids hussling between one class to another yet again will seem like that butterfly which came on the flower and zap went off to the other.

The days and days of lockdown will make us yearn for more.

So read that book and hug that baby.
So enjoy the hot tea and cold coffee.
ReLive that time of viewing the picture gallery.
See to the mundane chores as just a coma
So rest with a pause and live for that day

For

Then again we shall yearn for that peace.

Then again we shall crave for cozy family time.

Then again we will desire a day off from work.

Then again we shall wish to sleep an extra hour.

Then again we shall want that one day without hearing that alarm.

Once more we shall want to sweep that extra bit and shine the floor

Once again we shall want that lazying around in pajamas.

Once again we shall hope for late night movies.

Once again we shall pin our hearts on those silent days and dreamy nights.

Yet again we would want to pause and stop.

Sure again we shall wish for the Time to just full stop!
