179th Independence Day Message from the office of the President.

On behalf of the Chairman and Members of the Board of Trustees, the President, Vice Presidents, Deans, Faculty, Administrative Staff, and Students of AIIST University College, we extend our heartfelt congratulations and warmest best wishes to His Excellency Amb. Joseph N. Boakai, Sr., President of the Republic of Liberia; His Excellency Jeremiah Kpan Koung, Vice President of the Republic of Liberia; the Honorable Speaker and Members of the House of Representatives; the Honorable Pro Tempore and Members of the Liberian Senate; the Cabinet and Heads of Government Agencies; the Religious Community; and the peace loving people of the Republic of Liberia on the joyous occasion of our 179th Independence Day.

As we commemorate this historic milestone, we honor the vision, courage, and sacrifices of our founding fathers and all those who have worked tirelessly to preserve the peace, unity, and sovereignty of our beloved nation. This day reminds us of our shared responsibility to uphold the values of patriotism, justice, integrity, and national service while striving for a Liberia that offers hope and opportunity to every citizen.

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐓.

𝐊𝐈𝐌 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 & 𝐈𝐍𝐕𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐏 is seeking applications from qualified and trustworthy individuals for the position of 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 to support daily cash handling operations and ensure accurate financial transactions within the organization.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Receive and process cash payments from customers accurately.
• Issue receipts for all payments received.
• Assist in balancing daily cash collections and preparing cash reports.
• Verify and record all cash transactions in the company’s system.
• Maintain proper custody of cash and related documents.
• Handles daily bank deposits.
• Report any cash shortages or discrepancies immediately.
• Provide courteous customer service during financial transactions.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Cash Teller or management.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦, 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 or related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in cash handling or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of accounting procedures and cash management.
• Proficiency in 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, especially 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥, 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤.
• Strong numerical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
