A Battle of Brilliance!

Today’s match in the ongoing YMCA Academic Challenge was nothing short of electric! Two powerhouses—Glass Academy School (“The Unbreakable Glass”) and Emmanuel Temple AGM (“The Lions Kingdom”)—clashed in a contest that will be remembered for a long time.

The first half saw Glass Academy putting on an impressive performance, leading by 25 points with sharp answers and great teamwork. But in the second half, the Lions regrouped, roared back with strategy and focus, and managed a narrow 10-point win—making it one of the most exciting matches of the tournament so far!

Final Score:

Emmanuel Temple AGM: 110 pts

Glass Academy: 100 pts

This match was more than just numbers—it was a celebration of academic excellence, determination, and sportsmanship. Both teams showed what it truly means to compete with class and learn with passion.

Emmanuel Temple A. G Mission School Hits the Road for Education and Exploration!

From April 8–11, 2025, students of Emmanuel Temple A. G Mission School, based in the heart of Samuel K. D Community, Bushrod Island, took learning beyond the classroom walls on a thrilling educational field trip to B**g County!

Graciously hosted by our friends at St. Mark Lutheran School in Gbarnga, our students actively participated in friendly football and kickball matches and showcased their brilliance during an academic quiz competition. It was a beautiful moment of learning, teamwork, and cultural exchange!

The adventure didn’t stop there — our journey led us to the breathtaking Kpatawe Waterfall, where students connected with nature and learned about Liberia’s rich natural heritage firsthand.

Trips like this remind us that education isn’t just about books — it’s about experiences, exposure, and growth. A huge THANK YOU to our staff, parents, and partners who made this memorable trip possible!
