November 8, 13, and 18, 2025 the HR Department of our organization purposely conducted a fair professional membership upgrade interview amongst those volunteers recruited to run the organization. This process was not intended to get rid of certain individuals but to figure out the commitment and those stay willing to pursue the goals of the organization. Our story started on 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 when Hon. Jefferson S. Wiah, Jr. founded the Dream Builders Initiative (DBI). Guided by our powerful motto, "𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬, 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬", our mission was clear from the start: to bridge the gap in underserved communities by providing access to quality education, mentorship, and skills acquisition programs.

Throughout 2023, we focused on building our team of like-minded individuals. A pivotal moment was our 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑, 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧 . There, we reviewed our initial progress, planned impactful programs, and formulated our first fiscal budget.

Like any young organization, we faced hurdles. However, the dedication of our members never wavered. In 2024, we recommitted ourselves, learning from our experiences to refine our strategies and strengthen our resolve.

We are proud to announce that we have successfully completed all legal formalities. YDBI, Inc. has officially obtained its 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. This critical step empowers us to operate with greater transparency, credibility, and a enhanced capacity to serve.
