Keff Hassan Is An Academic Fraudster – CACC Fact-Based Findings On His Fake Academic Credentials

The facts are out.

Mr. Keff Ahmed Hassan often laid claim to these nursing credentials when he served as a panelist on a local radio show in Liberia (Spoon Talk):

1) “Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
VMT Education Center / AMT School of Nursing
901 1st St NW, Washington D.C, USA”

2) “Registered Nurse”

3) “Licensed Nurse”

The claims supra made by Keff Hassan are utterly false and fraudulent. Here’s why:

1) VMT Education Center which is also called VMT School of Nursing has never offered any degree program in nursing before. The lifespan of this vocational school was from November 1997 to August 2003 when it was finally shut down. Since then, VMT is unauthorized, unaccredited, and unapproved to operate as a nursing school. Here is our proof as contained in this correspondence from the D.C. 2) When VMT operated between 1997 and 2003, it offered only certificates in Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and NOT even Registered Nurse (RN). Which program did Keff “study” at VMT? He studied LPN and not RN as claimed. Let’s prove this. Follow this link and click “nursing” under “Profession”. 3) What do you see? Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Certificate. The type of nursing program is crystal clear (LPN), and not BSN or RN. Neither does he have a degree nor a diploma in nursing. Keff has not met these requirements to even be a licensed LPN, let alone a licensed RN. 4) What differentiates LPN from RN? The basic function of a Licensed practical nurse, also known as a licensed vocational nurse (LVN), is to provide patient-care support to registered nurses and doctors. LPNs are supervised by Registered Nurses (RNs). So how, when, and where did Keff Ahmed Hassan become a “Registered Nurse” or even a “Licensed Nurse”? Which State gave him a “license” as a so-called “professional/licensed nurse” when VMT is not even recognized? VMT is part of un-approved nursing schools. 5) After completing a state-approved and accredited Practical Nursing program, prospective LPNs are required to take and pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nursing (NCLEX-PN). This exam must be passed in order to become licensed as an LPN and become employed in accordance with U.S. Health Occ. 6) The law also requires an LPN to do his/her LPN program over if he/she fails 3 attempts for licensure. Since 2015, Keff has not met these prerequisites/requirements to be a licensed LPN or a licensed nurse of any kind because: He failed 3 licensure attempts, his school VMT is bogus/fake and un-approved, and he does not have any diploma or degree in nursing.

C) The City Government of D.C. says we should call this number (202) 724-8846) and report whenever VMT impersonates as a nursing school because it was closed or shut down since 2003. Findings:

1) Keff Ahmed Hassan does not have any degree in nursing, not even BSN. His credentials are fake. In fact, he does not have a degree in any academic discipline or profession; not even an “AA”.

2) Keff is NOT a registered nurse and he has never been one before.

3) Keff is NOT a licensed nurse and he has never ever been one before.

4) He does not have a diploma in nursing or related fields.

5) His so-called “LPN Certificate” is bogus because it was obtained from a fake and unrecognized vocational school (VMT).

6) No medical facility or US-based institution will ever employ him as an LPN or a RN because he does not have a license.

Did he have to LIE to our people in Liberia? Who was he trying to impress? Keff is an academic fraudster. Hence, he has zero moral to question others about issues bordering on integrity, transparency, and accountability. The era of credential audit is here. CACC is leaving no stone unturned. There will be no sacred cow in this national pursuit to w**d out fake degrees and academic fraudsters.

How did Stella Maris Polytechnic become a University? SMPU is accommodating lecturers with fake degrees

We are reviewing the directory of Stella Maris Polytechnic University. In SMPU Master’s program, there is only one full-time instructional staff, Mr. Jeremiah Z. Whapoe, who is claiming to have obtained a “Ph.D.”. This is a big LIE. He does not have any Ph.D.

The CACC has exposed Mr. Whapoe before. He does not have any Ph.D. A so-called “Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership” is NOT a Ph.D. An EdD is different from a Ph.D. We have to get it straight and stop lying. We like the fact that SMPU did not add a Ph.D. to Mr. Samora P. Z. Wolokolie’s laundry list of so-called titles/ranks. But it is deceptive to even add “Dr.” in front of his name. He is not a “Doctor” in any discipline and he has never been a “Dr.” in anything. This is a FRAUD. Both his so-called “MBA and Ph.D.” from Charisma University are fake. Why is Stella Maris deceiving the students? This is really sad 😢.

Out of a total of approx. 200 instructional, administrative, and support staff, SMPU can only boast of like 6 people who are laying claim to Ph.D. Out of the 6, we have investigated 3, and they already have issues with their credentials: Jeremiah Whapoe, Samora Wolokolie, and Teakon J. Williams (“online Ph.D. from the predatory Walden University). Mr. Williams, Walden is a SCAM. PhD is not a joke. Y’all got to work it. The CACC will investigate the remaining 3. So, only 3% have a “Ph.D.” at SMPU (0% at the Master’s level and 3% at the Undergraduate level). Wow 😮

So, how did SMP even become a University? The students at Stella Maris Polytechnic are being deceived. The school needs to carry out aggressive reform. Overhaul the entire system from bottom to top. We have to be serious and honest about education in Liberia because it is tied to our collective future. The students of SMPU need to resist this visible fraud. They are being misled. Their future is being damaged. We will fix Liberia by force.

How can master’s teach master’s? The Republic is in TROUBLE!

At Long Last, CACC is a legally-registered institution under The Laws of Liberia

For almost two years, we have been struggling to obtain our legal papers. It’s really been difficult especially when you are standing up against “POWERFUL PEOPLE” who are academic fraudsters. This is a victory for our PEOPLE.

The education system in Liberia has eroded so fast as a result of entrenched fraud and malfeasance. The Campaigners for Academic Crimes Court (CACC) is w**ding out academic fraud and fake credentialists.

With our legal papers now in tight, we are about to take a lot of academic fraudsters to Court. A brand new premium website including a blog, twitter account, page, etc. will be launched as early as February 2023. And our office space will soon be visible in Monrovia.

An all-out war is about to be waged on academic fraud and fake credentialists. We must bring back ‘The Merit System’. The pursuit of fair competition, academic integrity, public-private productivity, and excellence through QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) is what CACC seeks or espouses.
