The Institute for Quality Research and Development Inc. (IQRD) specializes in conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analyses for institutions. We offer applied research to help determine what types of interventions work for vulnerable populations. We rigorously assess programs to help find solutions to reduce extreme poverty, violence, and youth crime.

The Institute for Quality Research and Development Inc. possesses a range of capacities and systems to ensure the timely, accountable and effective delivery of our services. These include robust internal finance and administration systems and procedures; excellent operational and logistical capabilities, including transport, communications and IT infrastructure; and organizational policies that establish, monitor and enforce high standards or personal and professional conduct within our work. Our capabilities in collecting high qualitative and quantitative data in Liberia are acquired in the course of implementing a project for the Université de Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris (UNiVPARIS1) in Margibi, B**g, and Bopolu Counties that focuses on Farmers’ agricultural practices in West Africa and specifically in Liberia. The aim of this project is to examine the many problems faced by farmers in rural Liberia.
Furthermore, IQRD has implemented an academic research project in Development Economics for the Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University – France in collaboration with the International Growth Centre (IGC) from the United Kingdom. The University is working on Artisanal Small Scale Gold Mining (ASgM) in Liberia as part of an academic research project called WESTAFRIMINES.
