Subject: Announcement of School Opening and Transportation Details

Dear Parents/Guardians:

This message serves to inform the entire EFA community that the school will officially reopen on Monday, September 7, 2026, for the new Academic Year (AY2026-2027). All students who have successfully secured admission for this academic year are encouraged to commence classes on the first day.

Our offices remain open for the ongoing admission process. Kindly visit our offices during regular business hours, which are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday and sometimes Saturdays.

Transportation services will be available to pick up students at the designated pickup points. For new students who have not previously utilized our bus services, please ensure to signal the buses clearly upon their arrival. The main routes are as follows:
- Vincent Town to VOA Junction at 7:00 AM
- VOA Junction to Duala Clora Factory at 7:00 AM
- Overhead Bridge to Hotel Africa at 6:50 AM
- Iron Gate to Banjor Gas Station at 6:50 AM
- VOA Junction to Through Vonzon Junction at 6:50 AM

We kindly request that you arrive at your respective pickup points on time. The administration will not be liable for students who arrive at the bus pickup points after their scheduled pickup time.

Dear All,

The orientation is officially scheduled for Friday, September 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

It is essential for all students to attend this session, during which the Student Handbook will be distributed alongside other critical information. Please ensure that your peers are informed about this significant event. Parents are also encouraged to participate. Buses will be available to transport students to and fro, the pickup time is 8:00 AM.
