Our contributions to protect the people's votes didn't go unnoticed
During the Legislative and Presidential Elections; The African Liberation League Political Leader Madam Sara Beysolow Nyanti who initiated the protection of opposition votes agenda that brought together 15 political parties including the Unity Party was recognized by President-Elect Amb. Joseph N Boakai in today's speech. Madam Nyanti is a former UN Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary General who has worked across several countries in the world
on geopolitical and development agendas. The President-Elect was thankful to those who initiated an advocacy venture to protect the people's votes. The idea was to ensure the people's voices are protected which strengthens our multiparty democracy. The win for the Unity Party is truly a win for Liberia because of the collective effort of the majority opposition block.
Big thank you to Senator-Elect Hon. Amara Konneh and the Team for the implementation of the plan to protect the people's votes. Hon. Konneh's data analysis skills ascertain the people's victory. Thanks to all the opposition leaders who supported Madam Sara Beysolow Nyanti on the protect the Votes agenda. An innovation in our politics. Lastly, thanks to President Weah for the continued demonstration of being a peaceful man who wants to see Liberia at the top of the world's democracy. You have shown the world Liberia is a unique country. The Nobel Peace Prize awaits you soon.
