10 LESSONS FROM RICH DAD POOR DAD BY ROBERT KIYOSAKI

1. Manage your money:

Many people are able to make money, but not everyone learns how to manage it properly.

Financial intelligence starts with learning the difference between assets and liabilities.
ensure that you have more money coming in than going out, which is what will make you richer.

2. Pay Yourself First:

Most people earn and spend their salary paying bills.

A rich person always pays himself.

Invest in
- Courses
- Books
- Experiences

3. Saving and investing are different:

Saving is considered a must and a good habit.

You need to invest your money instead where it grows at a higher rate than inflation.

Saving weaken the purchasing power while investment will increase the value of your money.

4. Learn taxes:

If you are rich and lack financial literacy, you will end up paying a lot of taxes.

The rich have their investments often in learning, so they have to pay fewer taxes.

You need to have financial IQ in different areas like accounting, investing, market forces, and the law.

5. Do not rely on a single source of income:

Most people rely on a single source of income.

You can never become rich and financially secure if you are one of those.

You should have 2 to 3 streams from where you earn money.

You will be in better position even if you face some financial crisis if you have multiple income streams.

6. you become smarter by taking risk:

Unless you take a risk, you cannot grow, grow as in grow really big.

You should take a risk because some opportunities in life have the potential to change the course of your life.

7. Everyone needs to be a financially literate:

Intelligence solves problems and produces money.

Money without financial intelligence is money soon gone.

The sad part about the education system around the world is that it teaches to work for money.

The system never teaches how to make, manage, and keep the money.

You should learn how to create wealth.

Buying 500 bucks grocery for one poor family so that they can survive won't make you broke than buying alcohol for fake friends.

"Mind management not time management

1. Being productive today isn't about time management, it's about mind management.

2. Time management optimizes the resource of time. Mind management optimizes the resource of creative energy.

3. Not all hours are created equal: If you write for an hour a day, within a year you'll have a book. But you can't instead simply write for 365 hours straight, and get the same result.

4. The First Hour Rule is simply this: Spend the first hour of your day working on your most important project.

5. If you start your day working on the most important thing, there's less of a chance for other things to get in the way.

6. Sometimes your mind is better-suited to think creatively. Sometimes your mind is better-suited to think analytically.

7. The point of time is not to fill as much life as possible into a given unit of time. The point of time is to use time as a guide to living a fulfilling life.

8. A one-hour increase in average daily sleep raises productivity by more than a one-year increase in education.

9. When you randomly switch from one activity to another, your energy leaks...If you're doing that all the time, little of your energy is going toward traction.

10. A Harvard study found that the busier knowledge workers were, the less creative they were; this study found that as workers became more busy , they did less creative thinking activities such as; brainstorming. They reported fewer insights and their work was also rated as less creative by their colleagues .

11. Noise level can also affect your ability to think creatively...studies suggest that a background noise level of about seventy decibels is optimal for idea generation.

12. Things are not difficult to make; what is difficult is putting ourselves in the state of mind to make them."

Be wise!

6 LAWS TO WIN IN LIFE

1.Stop telling people your plans

When you over share, you hurt your own progress. Keep things private and win.

2.Know when to say no

Strong people put their own well being before pleasing others. Practice saying no more often.

3. Make a decision, and commit to it

Too many people lack discipline and go back to their toxic patterns. Make a decision to change, and stick to it.

4. There is power in numbers

Nobody has made it in life all by themselves. You need a team that uplifts and supports you. Stop being a lone wolf.

5. Starve your distractions, feed your focus

Focus on your goals instead of
cheap dopamine. You will achieve anything you ever wanted.

6. Always provide value to others

There is only one secret to success: making other people's lives easier. In business and relationships, providing value will keep you their first priority.

5 lessons from book "how to talk to anyone

1. Remember and use people's names: People love hearing their names, so make an effort to remember them and use them in conversation. Repeat the name a few times to help it stick in your memory.

2. Show genuine interest in others: People will be more likely to open up to you if they feel like you're genuinely interested in them. Ask questions and show enthusiasm for their responses.

3. Use body language effectively: Your body language can convey a lot about your intentions and emotions. Use eye contact, smile, and nod to show that you're engaged and interested in the conversation.

4. Find common ground: Look for shared interests or experiences that you can discuss with the other person. This can help build rapport and make the conversation more enjoyable for both parties.

5. Be positive and upbeat: People are naturally drawn to others who are positive and upbeat. Try to maintain a positive attitude and focus on the good things in life, even in challenging situations. This can help you build stronger connections with others and improve your overall well-being.

- MY FATHER -
Poem by Builtupmind

A significant act of manliness,
A wise dedicated man and hard work,
Yet deep inside there's a slack of sadness,
Thy eyes can tell, Devastation that lurks.

Early in morning, i can hear those gears,
blood and tears, to work hard with no fears,
With each passing day, his strength appears,
Shouldering burdens, overcoming all jeers.

Oh my genuine father, who sacrificed,
Acting vigor, that feelings were disguised,
You gave me advice, where i tried and tried,
You are my light; the future that you guide.

So, let me express my gratitude and love,
For you, my father, sent from above.
On this journey of life, we stand hand in hand,
Forever grateful, your unwavering stand.

To continue to be motivated and encouraged in one's life to feel good, to keep loooking on the bright side, to keep moving on or to keep putting things into perspective, one must make positive self talk a daily habit in their life. "By your word you will be justified, and by your word you will be condemned".

THE MORE POSITIVELY YOU SPEAK TO YOURSELF, THE BETTER YOU COPE WITH YOUR EMOTIONS AND MENTAL STRESS.

Making positive self talk a lifestyle can benefit one's mental well-being, performance and relationships.
