A Ghanaian Traveler @kwameasie who is also a Chef has stated that Liberia is on top of the list of African foods that surprised him. According to him, Liberian food tells you about the country more than tourism ever will. And he goes on to say further that "there is just something special about Liberian cuisine. The comfort it brings, from the cassava leaves, to the potatoes greens, to the palava sauce, it is more than nutrition, more than just what you eat." Thanks for shedding light on our foods, Kwame.
