Stop telling people to work hard, connect them to the people who helped you, this time, we share connections not motivations.

*Subject: Important Update Regarding Cohort 3 Postponement and Course Offerings*

*Date: October 20, 2023*

*Dear Participants of the Amos School of Creative Writing and Professional Studies,*

We regret to announce that the commencement of Cohort 3 has been postponed to early next year due to the upcoming national election within our country. Initially, we anticipated that the election would only have a first round, but it has now been extended to a second round, with the potential to commence on November 7, 2023. We understand that this is a critical time for our nation, and we encourage everyone to focus on their political rights and responsibilities during this period.

We have also taken into consideration the feedback from participants who have privately expressed their preference for the cohort to start in early November. However, some of our courses are structured to be taught over 8 weeks, which would make it challenging to complete them in 2023 without extending into the following year, which we aim to avoid.

As a result, participants who have already made payments for Cohort 3 are kindly asked to inbox us to request a refund. If you prefer to keep your payment with us until the cohort begins early next year, rest assured that your funds are in safekeeping.

In the meantime, we have some exciting opportunities to keep you engaged and active. We are offering two courses, " *POETRY* " and " *GRAPHIC DESIGN USING MOBILE APP*," absolutely free of charge, with no tuition, only registering, and getting an accredited certificate after the completion of the courses. To register for these courses, there is a nominal registration fee of *500 Liberian dollars.*

Here are the details for these free courses:

Poetry: 3 weeks
Graphic Design using Mobile App: 2 weeks
Registration fee: 500 Liberian dollars for both courses
Classes for these courses will officially commence on the first of November 2023.

We appreciate your understanding and support during this time of adjustment We aim to ensure that Cohort 3 proceeds smoothly and efficiently. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or require further assistance.

Signed,

The Administration
