Today, as we celebrate International Youth Day, the Board and Administration brings you warm greetings and a powerful reminder: the future we desire will not be given to us; we must build it.

Young people are not simply beneficiaries of development. We are partners, innovators, peacebuilders, entrepreneurs, advocates, and leaders.

We carry within us the ideas, energy, courage, and creativity needed to transform our communities and our country.

But leadership is not about having a title. Leadership is about taking responsibility, serving others, standing for what is right, and having the courage to act when action is needed.

Do not wait for someone to give you permission to make a difference. Start where you are, use what you have, and do what you can.

Let us reject the mindset that young people must always wait for tomorrow. Our voices matter today.

Behind every great student is a great teacher. Behind every great school is a great Administration.

Teachers are the ones who turn "I can't" into "I can."

They don’t just deliver lessons for exams, they shape character, build confidence, and light the path for the next generation. They are mentors, counselors, and nation-builders, one student at a time.

School Administrators are the architects of that environment. They set the vision, support the teachers, protect the learning space, and make sure every child has what they need to thrive.

Strong leadership in schools means stronger outcomes for communities.

When teachers are empowered and Administration are equipped, entire communities rise.

The Board and Management of the Center for Professional Development and Leadership (CPDL) extend profound gratitude and sincere appreciation to everyone who attended and supported the successful official launching ceremony held in Kakata, Margibi County.

We are deeply honored by the presence of our distinguished guests, community leaders, educators, youth representatives, professionals, partners, well-wishers, and citizens whose participation made this occasion memorable and impactful.

Your attendance demonstrated a shared commitment to education, leadership development, and the advancement of our nation.

The Center for Professional Development and Leadership would like to inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the official launching ceremony will no longer be held at Kakata City Hall as previously announced.

Our official launching will now take place at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Lango Town Community and activities will begin promptly at 12:00 noon.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding, flexibility, and continued support.

Your presence means a lot to us, and we look forward to sharing this special ceremony with you.
