Appreciation message toward my illness: Motorcycle accident September 7, 2025, at 3:45 PM
I am writing this today with a heart overflowing with immense gratitude, extending my deepest thanks to every single person who stood steadfastly by my side during the darkest hours of my recent illness.
Your unwavering courage, emotional support, and fervent prayers were not mere words; they were powerful lifelines that tethered me to hope when the situation seemed dire. I can assure you, those prayers did not go in vain. I faced a terrifying reality where medical professionals feared my foot would need to be amputated, a prospect that threatened to alter the course of my life forever.
Yet, I stand here as a testament to a higher authority; God, in His infinite mercy and sovereign will, intervened and did not allow that devastating scenario to come to pass.
I must pay special tribute to the pillars of strength in my family. To my beloved and disabled mother, Ma. Mary G. Kollie, though you carry the burden of physical disability, your spiritual fortitude is unmatched. Your intercession during my ordeal was a direct reflection of your true identity, a living, breathing testament to God's omnipotent power working through a faithful vessel.
To my second mother, Josephine Gelekplee Kollie, your presence was nothing short of providential. Your timely and decisive intervention during the chaotic aftermath of my accident on that critical afternoon of September 7, 2025 at 3:45 PM was crucial to my survival and subsequent care.
My heart is also warmed by the incredible outpouring of love from my wider community. A profound thank you goes to my loyal supporters, dedicated co-workers, and cherished friends spanning various walks of life from the vibrant student community and the insightful intellectual class to my esteemed colleagues in the professional circles.
Your splendid concern and collective enthusiasm for positive results fueled my determination to heal. Furthermore, my deepest affection and appreciation go to my inamorata, Theresa B. Howard Kollie; your steady love and presence were a soothing balm during the most painful moments of this journey.
Conversely, to those who operate in shadows my enemies, the "evil geniuses," and agents of darkness who wished for my downfall know this:
your malicious schemes have crumbled into nothing more than blank illusions and utter destitution. You sought my destruction, but instead witnessed my resilience. Let it be declared that the negative energy you directed toward me shall boomerang; your own plans will face a direct reciprocal, visiting upon you the very fate you intended for me.
Finally, I extend profound appreciation to my skilled herbalist, a true progenitor holding the deep ancestral knowledge of the African continent. Thank you for your sophisticated traditional work and healing remedies which, working in tandem with faith, have brought me back from the brink.
