The Tarplah Coleman Memorial Academy, founded in 2016, to honor and preserve the legacy of Tarplah Sam. Coleman, (1967-2014) has dedicated itself to educating the whole Liberian child's mind, body, and spirit. That simple, yet powerful approach will result in The Tarplah Coleman Memorial Academy, to be widely recognized as one of the finest independent schools in Liberia, and will be graduating students exceedingly well prepare for their next steps in life. TCMA's 350 students—from Pre-Kindergarten through 6th grade—learn in an atmosphere that is both challenging and supportive, bonded by a strong community of students, parents, caring teachers/coaches, and unparalleled classroom and campus resources.
