Today, we hosted the LEAD Her Forward Girlsโ Leadership Seminar, bringing together nearly 60 girls from four schools for a powerful day of confidence-building and leadership growth.
Through guided self reflections activities, the girls explored who they are becoming, the strengths they carry, and the dreams they want to pursue. Our panel of inspiring women shared stories that sparked courage and reminded the girls that their voices matter.
A warm thank you to the Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Presidential Center for Women and Development and the Mastercard Foundation for making this space possible. Big hugs to our amazing panelists, facilitators, and mentors for pouring into every girl in the room. Not forgetting, Orange Digital Center for hosting us.

LEAD MFA graduate Paul (โ25) couldnโt have said it better!
At LEAD Hubs, football isn't just a game โ it's a tool to help students discover their potential and develop as leaders. โฝโจ

Weโre proud to share we will be hosting our Class of 2025 Graduation Ceremony this Sunday, October 26.
This year, eight students will graduate, including our valedictorian Paul Sandi, who began his studies this fall at the African Leadership Academy in South Africa. Other graduates will continue their education at Stella Maris Polytechnic University and the African Methodist Episcopal University in Liberia.
Weโre honored to welcome Hon. Francis S. Dopoe, Senator of River Gee County, as our guest speaker.
As part of LEAD MFA tradition, each graduating class creates a motto that reflects their journey and purpose. This year, the class chose โ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ง ๐ฉ๐ค ๐ก๐๐๐ง๐ฃ. ๐๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐จ๐๐ง๐ซ๐,โ which perfectly embodies their belief that true leadership begins with a commitment to learning.

Ten years of building dreams and the spaces that make them real.
In 2015, LEAD Monrovia Football Academy opened with one rented classroom and pitch. Today, it stands on a 10-acre campus in Careysburg where 112 students learn, play, and lead every day.
๐ซ Classrooms that challenge and inspire
๐๏ธ Dorms that create belonging
โฝ A pitch that builds teamwork and confidence
โ๏ธ Solar panels that power our future
Today, students train on both a dirt pitch on campus and at the local technical centerโs football pitch. A school bus was purchased to transport students to and from local pitches and games regularly. Upgrading from the dirt pitch on campus to a FIFA-grade field is one of LEAD MFAโs next big goals, along with completing the girlsโ dorm.
This campus is more than a residential academy. Itโs a foundation for the next generation of Liberian leaders.
