Press Statement for Immediate Release

TG-ORACO’s Opinion on the LCF Leadership Crisis in Wee District and the Way Forward

Date: November 20, 2025

Electoral District #4, Grand Bassa County

TG-ORACO, a youth organization based in Electoral District #4, Grand Bassa County, has taken note of the ongoing dispute over the Chairmanship of the Local Community Forum (LCF) between Mr. Uriah Menneh and Mr. Hogkins Tokpah.

It is with deep regret that we issue this statement. Our district needs calm and unity—not confusion—especially among leaders whom citizens rely on for accurate information and sound guidance. We call for a clear understanding of the structure and operations of the LCF, and for transparency regarding its leadership within Wee District.

We urge the local leadership, county authorities, the Bassa Legislative Caucus, and the Accelerometer to respond promptly to the growing concerns in the public space. Citizens are confused and uncertain about who the legitimate Chairperson is, as both Mr. Menneh and Mr. Tokpah claim the position.

This situation has caused division in our beloved district and demands immediate attention. We cannot allow our children to be misled by respected sons of the district. Mr. Menneh has claimed that the previous LCF Board was dissolved, presenting an instrument allegedly signed by the Bassa Legislative Caucus—yet no evidence has been provided regarding Mr. Tokpah’s dismissal. On the other hand, Mr. Tokpah, who was elected by the citizens of the district, has not received any formal communication from the company or the relevant structures regarding the decision or the introduction of new leadership.

We call for transparency and due diligence. No one should be removed from leadership without being informed of their shortcomings and the reasons behind such a decision. The following questions must be answered to restore trust and clarity:

1. Was the previous LCF structure legally dissolved?
2. What were the grounds for Mr. Tokpah’s alleged removal?
3. Has the community been formally informed of the leadership change?
4. What mechanisms are in place to prevent future leadership disputes?

TG-ORACO remains committed to promoting peace, accountability, and youth engagement in governance. We urge all stakeholders to act swiftly and responsibly to restore unity and trust in Wee District.

The very first Individual to have promised TG-ORACO during her's program and delivered his promise on the said date mentioned is the former SG of Wee Statutory District Youth for Development in Mr. Isaac Kolleh.

Mr. Isaac Kolleh said during TG ORACO Diehard Members program:

"The name remains constant as Isaac Kolleh.
Former SG of the Wee Statutory District Youth for Development.
I want to firstly thank the almighty God for giving me the opportunity to be alive and also being part of Youthful activities once again.

Let me take this time to recognize the high table including the energetic and powerful CEO of TG ORACO and of Wee District as well.
I also want to recognize all members, Visitors, and fans of TG ORACO present here.

For there is not enough time in my favor,
I stand here before y'all to openly confess my analysis about this TG ORACO Organization and its CEO.
Since I begin to live in Wee District about 18+ years ago,
This is the very first Youthful outstanding Organization I've ever seen functioning, Maintaining, engaging, advocating, and keep reminding the District about Youthful activities consistently in Wee Statutory District.

And when it comes to Organizing, Strategizing, motivating, and Patiently Maintaining Young People in a specific direction, I want to openly say, Hon-Jeremiah J Kpah Sr. Comes first amongst the rest I've been monitoring over those years.
His Leadership and innovations are different from all of us whom have been and are involve with the Youthful sector of Wee Statutory District.
He leads with strong passion and that's why TG ORACO continues to be at the top amongst the rest I must admit, I always admire his style of leadership moving with strong spirit of implantation of what he stands for.

Although I will tax him for not inviting me officially to this program, but I hope to seeing this unique outstanding organization inspiring and keep pushing for the togetherness of the young people consistently.

I will be leaving soon for another event and I don't just want to leave just like that,
In so doing, I will make available L$5K on Wednesday June 25, 2025.

Wee Statutory District Youthful Populace once again with its youthful activities comes June 22nd 2025 at the Gorblee Youth Resource Center and Wee Statutory District Sports Pitch beginning 11:00AM - weak-weak hour.
Don't miss it as you know what the ORACANS can do when it comes to Youthful talents.

After TG - ORACO has been silent and working under ground for sometimes to observing all those Youthful Organizations which some was established during the political season for a political reason(s), the entire Organization has recognized a few factors within the Youthful sector of Wee Statutory District and Liberia atlarge.

1. Factors responsible for divisions.
2. Factors responsible for the establishment of multi-Organizations within the same area.
3. Factors responsible for Youth groupings during political season/elections period.
4. Factors responsible for a fight against an outstanding Organization amongst others.
Nevertheless.
As TG ORACO is the biggest and outstanding Youthful organization within Wee Statutory District Grand Bassa County which has recognized a few problems within the Young people sector of Wee Statutory District, says that the organization has finally concluded on an agreement to implement its AIMS and OBJECTIVES to tell the world that it STANDS for something beyond politics, Short time happenings and self gaining.

More to be told during the indoor program comes Sunday at the Youth center.
Everyone is invited to celebrate with the ORACANS on June 22nd.
