Dear Students,

Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. You have been selected to be a part of the VISION SCHOOL SYSTEM. We are not just happy to have you, but we are committed to your academic and personal growth. We pray that your time with us will be fruitful and productive.

This Handbook is not intended to be considered a penal code. These rules and regulations are to guide the peaceful co-existence of every student within our school system. If you feel you cannot and will not abide by these rules and regulations, you must be prepared to bear the consequences of your decision.

Academic preparation for the future of our pupils is a significant purpose of our school system. However, many factors interplay with academics to make an individual a genuinely productive and contributing citizen, which is our goal. We appeal to you to begin developing strong and positive, Christ-centered attitudes toward school and life in general. We all serve to make our beloved country a better place amongst the League of Nations.

Please carefully read the contents of this Handbook. It is designed to be your reliable guide, providing you with the necessary support to adhere to the rules and regulations. Let it be your regular reference, guiding you through your journey in our school system.

We encourage you to share this Handbook with your parents and guardians. Their understanding of the rules and regulations of our school system is crucial, as it will enable them to provide you with the necessary support in your education. Let them also read the Handbook carefully so that they may become familiar with it and actively participate in your academic journey.

Public Service Announcement.

This informs the general public that the Vision School System High School in the Pearchuezohn Community, Buchanan, Grand Bassa County, is accepting new students from Nursery/ ABC to 11th grade for academic 2024/2025. With its commitment to making education affordable, the school offers many opportunities for parents, guardians, and school-going kids. It is a pillar of support amid parents' many challenges in sending their children to private schools, showing that the community cares for its children's education.

Therefore, the school is offering the following opportunities:

1. Free Tuition from Nursery/ ABC to 6th grade;
2. First twenty-five (25) new students are only required to register; tuition will be discounted from 7th to 10th grade for the first twenty-five students;
3. Computer literacy school from 4th to 12th grade at affordable fees. This is the beginning of the Computer Illiteracy Program.
4. Scholarship Players for the following disciples:
a) Football
b) Kickball
c) Quizzing/debate &
d) Basketball respectively

She was among the first batch of students to open VSS in 2019 in Buchanan City, Grand Bassa County, Liberia. From Nursery to the 1st grade. What a journey.

This kid will grow up remembering what she experienced today. Thank God!

Vision School System conducted its first graduation exercise for students from the Kindergarten II to 1st grade on Saturday, July 20, 2024. Thanks to our hard working administrators, staff, parents, and students.

The Vision School System in Buchanan City, Grand Bassa County has denied many students from taking their 6th marking period and final examination which was scheduled from Monday through Friday, June 24-28, 2024 due unpaid registration and tuition fees owed the institution.

The institution has noticed that this has been the constant hobby of parents and students and this has cost the institution a lot of money over the years. For the past years, parents and students will abandon their report cards and are piled up in the business office waiting to be cleared upon payment by parents. How does the institution pay instructors and employees when parents and students cannot meet up with their financial obligation? Even politicians who have students on scholarships can not pay their fees owed the institution. Education is very expensive. If efforts are not made VSS will publish the names of students who have their report cards abandoned at the business office. Please go on campus and pay your fees.

Therefore, VSS is asking parents, students and sponsors to kindly clear the balances for their children in order to sit their makeup examination and receive their report cards.

The Vision School System Information Sheet for the 2024/25 School Year, a crucial resource for all current and prospective students, will be available for sale on Monday, July 15, 2024. It is important that each one of you obtains a copy as fees have been changed. VSS has waived the Computer, Science Lab, and Activities fees for the next school year. This is a significant update, so don't be left out. Grab a copy, and stay informed. Thanks.

On Monday, June 24, 2024, at 9:00am the Vision School System will begin issuing "Clarence" to several students from the Kindergarten class II to graduate to the first grade.

These students have worked so hard over the past months and have met the requirements of the Ministry of Education and VSS. Bravo class, we are proud of you. As you move up the ladder, always remember to defend the academic culture of your institution. Thanks.

As the final examination approaches, it's crucial for all Vision School System students to demonstrate their financial responsibility. From Monday to Friday, June 24-28, 2024, all students are required to have a zero balance to sit for their tests. We encourage you to visit the Business office promptly to obtain your pass and fulfill this responsibility.
