President Daniyah Foday Lumeh has called for an impromptu meeting, citing all those interested in vying for various positions in the pending CAMUSU'S elections. This impromptu meeting will highlight the Association's readiness and preparation for full participation in the democratic exercise of the Union's elections. The format of the meeting will be an online meeting via a WhatsApp group chat to save others from the inconvenience of fully participating in the conversation. The meeting starts at 8:30 pm. Your valuable attendance will bring a meaningful impact on the discussions and progress of the Association’s stance in the elections.

The president and the general membership informed all interested members who want to contest any of the vacant positions within the pending Cape Mount University Students Union elections that they should make their declaration of intent to the leadership and the office of the presidency of CAMUSA-AMEU. This call is a direct mandate in ensuring that CAMUSA-AMEU is in full gear to participate in the union's elections. The CAMUSU elections it is an elections that decide the fate of effective leadership for the university students of Cape Mount. As such, the Cape Mount University Students Association of AME University has to make it its duty to fully participate in the upcoming elections. Your timely cooperation will make the necessary preparations for the upcoming CAMUS'S elections. President Daniyah Foday Lumeh is upbeat to see his Association fully participating in any of the vacant positions of the pending elections from his members as he presides as president of the student body of CAMUSA-AMEU.

"Together as an association, we are going to make a stronger case", the president asserted on unity as we move forward for the pending elections.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE LEADERSHIP OF CAMUSA-AMEU CHAPTER:

OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, HIS EXCELLENCY PRESIDENT DANIYAH FODAY LUMEH

The Leadership of the Cape Mount University Students Association (CAMUSA-AMEU) Chapter has been drawn to a release issued by the Acting President of the Cape Mount University Students Union (CAMUSU), appointing one Foday M. Nyei as the representative of CAMUSA-AMEU on the Dependable Election Commission (DEC).
We wish to state clearly that at no time has the leadership of CAMUSA-AMEU nominated or submitted the name of Foday M. Nyei, or any other individual, to represent our institution on any election commission constituted by CAMUSU.
We therefore clarify to all comrades across the various CAMUSA chapters that Foday M. Nyei does not represent (CAMUSA-AMEU) on Lawrence Gray's-led Dependable Election Commission (DEC).

CAMUSA-AMEU remains committed to due process. We are still awaiting an official request from the Acting CAMUSU President for our chapter to formally nominate its representative to serve on the Independent Elections Commission (IEC) for the forthcoming CAMUSU elections.
Until such a process is followed, any claim that Foday M Nyei represents CAMUSA-AMEU is false, unauthorised, and should be disregarded.

President Daniyah Foday Lumeh extend his heartfelt gratitude to all Cape Mount students of Cuttington University (CU) who have completed their undergraduate studies. The president also uses the medium to signal strong collaborative efforts of those Cape Mount students to use their professional talents to help contribute to the meaningful growth and well-being of the county through their acquired degrees. The president also commended his colleague and president of the Cape Mount students association of Cuttington University, President Amadu Lendlum, for his tireless efforts in ensuring the welfare of all Cape Mount students over the past years of his service as president of the association. President Lumeh also counselled others to use this moment to embrace unity and peace for a peaceful atmosphere among students within the University and the association for more growth.
