Road to Intern 2025
Another Rewarding Experience as a Career Counselor
It was an absolute pleasure to guide final-year undergraduates as they prepare for their upcoming internship journey. As a proud alumnus of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce at the University of Jaffna, I was honored to contribute to shaping their career paths beyond what we experienced and to help them navigate opportunities in the industry.
I had the opportunity to share insights from my experience as a Talent Acquisition and Training & Development professional, covering key areas such as resume building for personal branding, effective interview presentation, and LinkedIn profile optimization to enhance their career prospects.
A heartfelt thank you to the 24th Batch for organizing this insightful session and for giving me the opportunity to be part of such a valuable initiative. Wishing all of you success in your careers ahead!
