Oxford International College Warakapola

Our Grade 1 students are moving from the Preschool Building to the Primary and Secondary Section Building as they prepare to enter Grade 2 next January. They were warmly welcomed by the teachers and students of both the Primary and Secondary Sections. We are proud to guide them through each stage of their learning journey and look forward to seeing them grow with confidence and joy.

Last week, Oxford International College Warakapola had the opportunity to host a Drug Awareness Program conducted by the Warakapola Police Officers together with the Development Officer of the Divisional Secretariat. We sincerely appreciate their support in educating our students and guiding them toward a safer and healthier future. This important session was held for the students of our Secondary Division.

A successful Leadership Development Training was held on 16th October for the Secondary Section students of Oxford International College, Warakapola.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. M.J.M. Irfan (Director – Academic Affairs, Zam Zam Foundation) and Major Mr. Abdul Rahuman (SLTES – Lecturer, National College of Education, MOE) from Ulead Academy for their inspiring and impactful session that empowered our young leaders.

Pink Day Celebration 🩷
Pink Day was joyfully celebrated at the Preschool and Primary Section of Oxford International College, Warakapola. 🌸
Our Playgroup, Nursery, and Grade 01 children enjoyed a day filled with fun and meaningful learning activities, spreading smiles and shades of pink everywhere!

Today, the Deputy Principal met with the prefect team, together with the Teacher In-Charge of Prefects and the Head Prefects, to discuss leadership, responsibilities, and upcoming school initiatives.

Smiles, laughter, and colorful moments! Oxford International College, Warakapola, celebrated Children’s Day with exciting children’s events and happy hearts. Wishing all our little stars a day full of joy and happiness. 😍

Oxford International College, Warakapola is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. M. J. M. Hijas, retired Principal of the Government Sector (SLPS 1), as our new Deputy Principal and Executive Officer of the school. He will oversee the academic advancement, extracurricular programs, and the overall development of the school. We extend our warmest welcome as he joins our leadership team to further strengthen the school’s journey of excellence.
