​Ever encountered an iPhone 11 that shows a low boot current on the DC power supply or gets stuck in a boot loop?
​On this device, the issue was tracked down to fractured or oxidized solder joints under the main processor due to a drop or thermal stress.
​The Solution: l CPU Reballing.
​Our team successfully desoldered the A13 Bionic chip, cleaned the board pads perfectly, applied fresh solder paste and precisely aligned and reflowed the CPU back onto the logic board. The phone is now drawing normal boot current and is fully operational! 💯
