ශ්‍රී ලංකා නැගෙනහිර විශ්වවිද්‍යාලය යටතේ ක්‍රියාත්මක වන ත්‍රිකුණාමලය මණ්ඩපයේ සිසුන්, විශ්වවිද්‍යාල පරිපාලනය විසින් ගනු ලැබූ අත්තනෝමතික තීරණ හේතුවෙන් දැඩි අසීරුතාවයන්ට මුහුණ දෙමින් සිටිති.

2026 අන්තර්පීඨ ක්‍රීඩා තරගාවලියට, ත්‍රිකුණාමලය මණ්ඩපයේ පවතින පීඨ තුනෙන් වෙන වෙනම ක්‍රීඩකයින් සහභාගී කරවීමට තීරණය කර ඇති අතර, එම තීරණය ගැනීමේදී කිසිදු ශිෂ්‍ය අදහසක් හෝ මතයක් සලකා බැලීමක් සිදු කර නොමැත. එමෙන්ම, මෙම තීරණ කිසිදු විනිවිදභාවයකින් තොරව සහ සාධාරණ හේතු දැක්වීමකින් තොරව අත්තනෝමතික ලෙස ගෙන ඇති බව පැහැදිලිය.

භූගෝලීය දුරස්ථතාවය සැලකිල්ලට ගත් විට, නැගෙනහිර විශ්වවිද්‍යාලය හා ත්‍රිකුණාමලය මණ්ඩපය අතර ඇති දුර හේතුවෙන්, ක්‍රීඩක ක්‍රීඩිකාවන්ට ප්‍රවාහන, අධ්‍යාපනික හා වෙනත් ප්‍රායෝගික ගැටලු රැසකට මුහුණ දීමට සිදුවේ. එවැනි ප්‍රායෝගික ගැටලු නොසලකා මෙම තීරණ ගෙන ඇති ආකාරය දැඩි විවේචනයට ලක්විය යුතුය.

මෙම තීරණය හේතුවෙන්, ත්‍රිකුණාමලය මණ්ඩපයේ ඇතැම් පීඨවලට තරගාවලියට සහභාගී වීමේ හැකියාව සීමා වනු ඇත. ප්‍රමාණවත් ශිෂ්‍ය සංඛ්‍යාව නොමැති වීම සහ එම කාලය තුළ පැවැත්වෙන විභාග තත්ත්වයන් මෙයට සෘජුවම බලපායි.

එසේ තිබියදීත්, සිසුන්ට සෘජු බලපෑම් ඇතිවන මෙම ගැටලු නොසලකා හැරමින් ගනු ලැබූ මෙම තීරණ පිළිබඳව, ත්‍රිකුණාමලය මණ්ඩප පරිපාලනය විසින් නිහඬව සිටීම බරපතළ ප්‍රශ්නයකි.

මෙම නිහඬභාවය, අභ්‍යන්තර පරිපාලන ගැටලු හේතුවෙන්ද? නැතහොත් පෞද්ගලික හේතු මතද? යන්න සම්බන්ධයෙන් ගැටලු රැසක් මතුවේ.

තවද, නැගෙනහිර විශ්වවිද්‍යාල පරිපාලනය විසින් ගනු ලබන ඕනෑම ක්‍රියාමාර්ගයකට, ශිෂ්‍යයන්ගේ සුභසාධනය හෝ අභිවෘද්ධිය නොසලකා, ත්‍රිකුණාමලය මණ්ඩප පරිපාලනය එකඟ වන්නේ කුමන පදනමක් මතද යන්නත් පැහැදිලි කළ යුතුය.

පරිපාලනයේ මෙම නිහඬභාවය හේතුවෙන් සිසුන්ට සිදුවන අසාධාරණයන් සම්බන්ධයෙන් වගකීම භාරගන්නේ කවුරුන්ද?

මෙම අත්තනෝමතික තීරණ හේතුවෙන්, ත්‍රිකුණාමලය මණ්ඩප සිසුන් ක්‍රීඩා ක්ෂේත්‍රය තුළ අඛණ්ඩව අසාධාරණයන්ට ලක්වෙමින් සිටිති.

ඒ අනුව, නැගෙනහිර විශ්වවිද්‍යාල පරිපාලනය සහ ත්‍රිකුණාමලය මණ්ඩප පරිපාලනය විසින් සිදුකරනු ලබන මෙම අසාධාරණ ක්‍රියාමාර්ගයන්ට අප දැඩි විරෝධය පළ කරමින්, එම ක්‍රියා දැඩි පිළිකුලෙන් හෙලා දකිමු.

இலங்கை கிழக்கு பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் கீழ் செயல்படும் திருகோணமலை வளாகத்தின் மாணவர்கள், பல்கலைக்கழக நிர்வாகம் எடுத்துள்ள தன்னிச்சையான தீர்மானங்களால் கடுமையான சிரமங்களுக்கு முகங்கொடுத்து வருகின்றனர்.

2026 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான இடைபீட விளையாட்டு போட்டிகளில், திருகோணமலை வளாகத்தில் உள்ள மூன்று பீடங்களிலிருந்தும் தனித்தனியாக விளையாட்டு வீரர்கள் பங்கேற்க வேண்டும் என தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆனால், இந்த தீர்மானம் எடுக்கப்படும் போது மாணவர்களின் கருத்துகளோ அல்லது அவர்களின் நிலைப்பாடுகளோ எந்தவிதத்திலும் கருத்தில் கொள்ளப்படவில்லை. மேலும், இந்த தீர்மானங்கள் எந்தவித வெளிப்படைத்தன்மையும் இன்றி, நியாயமான காரண விளக்கங்களும் வழங்கப்படாமல் தன்னிச்சையாக எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளமை தெளிவாகிறது.

புவியியல் தூரத்தை கருத்தில் கொண்டால், கிழக்கு பல்கலைக்கழகத்துக்கும் திருகோணமலை வளாகத்துக்கும் இடையிலான தூரம் காரணமாக, விளையாட்டு வீரர், வீராங்கனைகள் போக்குவரத்து, கல்வி மற்றும் பல நடைமுறை சிக்கல்களுக்கு முகங்கொடுக்க வேண்டிய நிலை உருவாகிறது. இவ்வாறான நடைமுறை சிக்கல்களை புறக்கணித்தே இந்த தீர்மானங்கள் எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளமை கடுமையாக விமர்சிக்கப்பட வேண்டியது ஆகும்.

இந்த தீர்மானத்தின் காரணமாக, திருகோணமலை வளாகத்தின் சில பீடங்களுக்கு போட்டிகளில் பங்கேற்கும் வாய்ப்பு குறைக்கப்படும் அபாயம் உள்ளது. போதுமான மாணவர் எண்ணிக்கை இல்லாமை மற்றும் அதே காலப்பகுதியில் நடைபெறும் பரீட்சைகள் இதற்கு நேரடியாக காரணமாகின்றன.

இவ்வாறிருக்கையில், மாணவர்களுக்கு நேரடியாக பாதிப்பை ஏற்படுத்தும் இந்த பிரச்சினைகள் புறக்கணிக்கப்பட்ட நிலையில், இத்தீர்மானங்கள் குறித்து திருகோணமலை வளாக நிர்வாகம் மௌனம் காக்கும் நிலை மிகவும் கவலைக்குரியது.

இந்த மௌனம் உள்நாட்டு நிர்வாக பிரச்சினைகளால் ஏற்பட்டதா? அல்லது தனிப்பட்ட காரணங்களால் ஏற்பட்டதா? என்ற கேள்விகள் பல எழுகின்றன.

மேலும், கிழக்கு பல்கலைக்கழக நிர்வாகம் எடுக்கும் எந்த நடவடிக்கைக்கும், மாணவர்களின் நலனோ அல்லது முன்னேற்றமோ கருத்தில் கொள்ளப்படாமல், திருகோணமலை வளாக நிர்வாகம் எந்த அடிப்படையில் ஒப்புதல் வழங்குகிறது என்பதும் தெளிவுபடுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.

நிர்வாகத்தின் இந்த மௌனத்தால் மாணவர்களுக்கு ஏற்படும் அநீதிகளுக்கான பொறுப்பை ஏற்கப்போகிறவர் யார்?

இந்த தன்னிச்சையான தீர்மானங்களால், திருகோணமலை வளாக மாணவர்கள் விளையாட்டு துறையில் தொடர்ந்து அநீதிக்கு உள்ளாகி வருகின்றனர்.

எனவே, கிழக்கு பல்கலைக்கழக நிர்வாகமும் திருகோணமலை வளாக நிர்வாகமும் மேற்கொள்ளும் இந்த அநியாயமான நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு எங்கள் கடும் எதிர்ப்பைத் தெரிவிப்பதுடன், அவற்றை கடுமையாக கண்டிக்கிறோம்.
