Session 3 - The Little Voice Inside 🌼
Once upon a time, in a cheerful village, there lived a kind little girl named Lila. Lila loved to play outside, pick flowers, and explore new places.
One afternoon, while chasing a bright yellow butterfly, Lila wandered a little farther than usual. Soon, she found a path she had never seen before.
“Wow, this looks interesting!” she said.
Just then, a stranger standing near the path smiled and said, “Hello there! Do you want to come this way? I have something fun to show you.”
Lila stopped.
She didn’t know why… but suddenly, her tummy felt funny. Her heart beat a little faster. It was a small, quiet feeling—like a tiny voice inside saying, “Hmm… something isn’t right.”
Lila remembered what her mother always told her:
👉 “If something feels wrong, even a little, trust that feeling.”
So Lila took a step back.
“No, thank you,” she said politely. Then she quickly turned around and walked back toward her home.
As she got closer, she saw her neighbor, Mrs. Green, watering her plants.
“Lila! Are you okay?” Mrs. Green asked.
Lila nodded. “I think so… but something felt strange back there.”
Mrs. Green smiled kindly. “You did the right thing. That little feeling inside you is there to keep you safe.”
That evening, Lila told her parents everything. They hugged her tightly.
“We’re so proud of you,” they said. “You listened to your little voice inside.”
From that day on, Lila knew something very important:
Even if she couldn’t explain it, she could always trust her feelings, ask for help, and stay safe.

Session 2 - The Little Pause That Saved the Day 🌟
Once upon a time, in a bright green forest, there lived a little rabbit named Benny. Benny was fast, playful, and very curious—but he had one small problem… he reacted too quickly to everything!
One sunny morning, Benny was hopping happily when suddenly—CRACK! A loud noise came from behind a bush.
“Oh no! A monster!” Benny shouted, and without thinking, he ran as fast as he could. He bumped into trees, tripped over rocks, and scared all the other animals along the way.
Finally, he stopped, out of breath. His friend Tina the Turtle slowly walked up to him.
“Benny,” Tina said gently, “did you see the monster?”
Benny blinked. “Well… no. I just heard a noise.”
Tina smiled and said, “Next time, try this—pause for a moment and think.”
Later that day, Benny heard another sound—RUSTLE, RUSTLE!
His heart started to race. He wanted to run again… but then he remembered Tina’s words.
So Benny stopped. He took a deep breath and asked himself:
👉 “What is really happening?”
👉 “Should I run… or look?”
Slowly, he peeked behind the bush…
…and guess what?
It was just a tiny squirrel dropping acorns! 🐿️
Benny laughed. “Oh! I almost ran away again for no reason!”
From that day on, whenever something surprising happened, Benny would pause, think, and then act.
And do you know what?
He became calmer, smarter, and braver than ever before.
