Thomasโ€™ Catholic International College, the first of its kind in Sri Lanka, is named after (late) Msgr. Thomas Cardinal Cooray, who performed the enormous task of uplifting the standard of Catholic education in Sri Lanka. It is also dedicated to Thomas the apostle who is the apostle of Asia. As another giant step taken by His Grace Most.Rev.Dr.Oswald Gomis (Archbishop Emeritus) to enhance the Cath

olic mission in the field of education in Sri Lanka the initial steps were taken as the foundation stone was laid to a primary building by Archbishop Emeritus, on the 7th of October, 2008 in the name of His Eminence Thomas Cardinal Cooray and St.Thomas the apostle the apostle of Asia. Very Rev.Fr.Ivan Perera had already made the preliminary plans which were concretized in these primary steps.

๐ŸŽคโœจ History was written on June 19th, 2026 the day we hosted the very first STIC CAMP Dance, Singing & Instrumental competition. It wasn't just an event; it was a celebration of courage, creativity, and the pure joy of self-expression.

The morning dawned bright and lovely, setting the perfect stage for a day filled with rhythm, melody, and emotion. From youngest participants in the NUR category to Advanced Level category, who displayed remarkable skill and stage presence every single participant poured their heart into their performance.
