At Golden Crib Day-Care Centre, we provide care and education to young children from the age of 2 ½ years upwards whose parents either work during the day or want to socialize their children at a young age. When operated appropriately, child care centres can contribute significantly to the social, emotional and intellectual growth of children. We are dedicated and bound to provide a safe and secur

e environment with quality caregivers so that parents have the peace of mind of knowing their children are safe while they work.

Golden Steps Preschool consists of 3 sections;
- Play Group,
- Lower Kindergarten
- Upper Kindergarten. A set of professional and qualified staff conduct all teachings and activities. Our main focus is to develop children with skills such as;

* Social skills: the ability to empathize and interact successfully with their peer group, and also relate easily to adults.

* Language skills: the ability to have adequate language skills in order to benefit from experiences facilitating their cognitive, educational and social development.

* Executive function skills: the ability to hold and manipulate information in the brain, plan and regulate one’s behaviour, problem-solve, and be creative.

* Emotional self-regulation skills: the ability to adapt behaviours depending on the situation, control impulses and shift attention.

* Self-regulation in learning skills: the ability to postpone immediate satisfaction to attain long-term goals, sustains attention, be persistent, and remain concentrated.
