2016 වසරේ ශිෂ්‍යත්ව කඩයිම් ලකුණු අතරින් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ඉහළම ලකුණු වලින් ළමුන් අතුලත් කර ගන්නා ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ හොඳම මිශ්‍ර පාසල " සීවලි මධ්‍ය මහා විද්‍යාලය ". —

At the Advanced level examination which was held on last August many candidates of our school could able to achieve university entries along with district as well as island ranks.Best results are as follows,

1. SACHIN KASTHURUARACHCHI Maths stream District 1st Island 3rd

2. BUDDHIKA CHATHURANGA Maths with I.CT. stream District 1st Island 1st

Other than those island ranks we could able to gain the district first places in all other streams except biology stream.

So we would like to wish good luck for all the students as well as the teachers who worked very hard to fly Sivali flag high

Sivali Central College, Ratnapura hurdler Akila Ravisanka won a silver medal in the boys’ 110 metres hurdles at the Asian Youth Games in Nanjing China yesterday. Akila achieved his personal best with a feat of 13.99 seconds to finish second behind Japan’s Furuya Takumu who clocked 13.36 seconds to win gold.
Ravishanka’s performance is so far the best by a Sri Lankan athlete at the ongoing event in China.
