𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝟱 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀’ 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

Our Grade 5 students enjoyed their very first pottery experience at Craft Tunnel, Udawalawe. The visit offered a wonderful blend of creativity and hands-on learning as they explored the art of shaping clay on a potter’s wheel.

A special highlight was a live demonstration by Master Potter Ajith Perera, pioneer of Sri Lankan studio pottery, who captivated students by transforming a simple ball of clay into a stunning work of art.

It was a truly inspiring day filled with creativity, patience, and unforgettable memories.
