Introducing New Economic concept

Article 01.

What is Prāṇa Economy?

Encouraged by state absolutism, man did what he liked to earn money. However, what is the result of the freedom enjoyed by man by controlling nature? That man would be helpless in the world without bees. If the flowers do not bloom, it is sad. Concrete cannot photosynthesize. Therefore, human capital should be developed to the extent that it can change the 'anti-life socio-economic system' that is in place now.

Therefore,
'Prāṇa Economy' means reorganizing the socio-economic system by developing human capital, based on the doctrine that recognizes that 'man has no right to make decisions affecting the existence of other beings other than him-self'.

By developing human capital, Prāṇa should follow the "Prāṇa Eightfold Path" to reorganize the socio-economic system in a benevolent manner. The Eightfold Path of Prāṇa includes the eight elements of 'Education and Institutions, Land and Agriculture, Energy and Transport, Industry and Waste'.

Is human development
an economic force?
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Under Prāṇa Economy, human development is planned as an economic force. Is it possible to predict the planning of Sri Lanka's economy under that? On the one hand, human capital should be developed to suit the current raw material trade in Sri Lanka to become a finished goods trade. On the other hand, human capital should be developed to be suitable for the production of multi-purpose social equipment.

By 2022, the World Handicrafts market has expanded to 752.2 billion dollars. It is predicted to further expand to $1296 billion in 2028. A huge amount of trained human resource is required to contribute to this market. In Sri Lanka, this handicraft industry can be further modernized to produce 'multi-purpose goods'. As the old-style labor market closes, other types of jobs can be created on the other hand.

Sri Lanka earns an annual income of less than 500 million dollars from the export of gems. But Hong-Kong, which does not raise any gems from the earth, earns 64 billion dollars annually from the trade of 'Gems and Precious Metals', which belongs to its third export category. Those 64 billion dollars is eight times the deficit of Sri Lanka's import-export trade balance.

This is how the economic consequences of not training the human resources to export Sri Lanka's precious minerals as finished goods for international trade. Because of this, the economy of Sri Lanka should not be maintained on human activities that expand throughout the ecosystem. The industrial sector should be developed to trade in finished goods instead of raw material trading.

How to find Prāṇa Economic units?

A country as a great unit is a combination of various contexts. It is a special feature of the economic system to allow the contexts that have been filed as a country to be treated separately.

Under the economic system, a country is not considered and planned as a single economic unit. It should be divided into smaller units taking into account the distribution of the common characteristics of the five factors: Climate, Geomorphology, Biodiversity, Distribution of physical resources and Knowledge system. Also inter-connections should be made between the units.

Under it, Climate, Geomorphology, Biodiversity, and the Distribution of physical resources and Knowledge systems are organized as "physical regions built on common features as productive units." Instead of the rigid unitary forms of the socialist-economic system, the country reorganizes itself as a collection of autonomous-small economic zones with regional identities. Thus, the 'psychological economic base' is the driving force of a new economic system' and not at all a legacy of social action that creates a backward social condition.

Anthropocentric economic systems and Prāṇa Economy
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

It is true that the green economy and the ecological economy also care about the biological system in the economic process. Therefore, it is not clear that the ideologies presented under green economy and ecological economy is a translation without further improvement of the existing system. Under sustainable development, it shows progress in conserving forests, water etc. But in that way, even environmental conservation for the next generation of man is not beyond anthropocentrism. We need to transform the existing system into a bio-friendly system. The purpose of the Prāṇa Socio-Economic System is to reorganize the socio-economic system with the aim of making its all-living beings happy, healthy and healing.

The Eightfold Path of Prāṇa

Let's focus on one aspect of the great environmental tragedy that has arisen from the mismanagement of the economy. To change this situation which destroys various ecosystems across the country, it is proposed to adopt a comprehensive plan in which 12 sectors are integrated. Under that the 'Eightfold Path of Prāṇa' to be followed is given below.

First step:
Benevolent Education Management,
Management of Charitable Institutions
Second step:
Benevolent land management,
Benevolent Agriculture Management
Third step:
Benevolent Energy Management,
Benevolent Transport Management
Fourth Step:
Beneficial Waste Management,
Benevolent Industry Management,

The above is divided into four steps based on the proximity of subject areas. But all these eight elements have been filed into a common concept by providing a basic educational basis. That general concept is the benevolent socio-economic system.

Step - aimed at developing human capital for a healthy economy. It is also considered as the basis of this process. This is aimed at creating skills and educating people to sustain the economic system. It is also explained about the organization of the society and the institutional structure needed to maintain it.

Step - It is necessary to eliminate the human actions on the bio-system through land planning. It is a top priority. The main obstacle to human activities in a voluntary manner is that habitats require a large area of land for agriculture. The following data will help you understand the land management we propose.
For example, Singapore's export revenue from its entire territory is $500 billion annually. Sri Lanka grows three times as much tea as Singapore and earns an annual income of $01 billion. Singapore receives that income despite having a population density twenty times that of Sri Lanka. To prevent this environmental destruction, land management that can generate more income in less space should be done.

The concept of Natural Capital helps to maintain the production system by reducing industrial waste. The concept of Natural Capital as a sustainable production method should be further developed. It is possible to create a food production system in harmony with the animal and plant community without human intervention. Instead of using chemicals with the aim of profit and maximum productivity, cropping systems can be reorganized by recognizing the 'Productivity of the environment'. In Sri Lankan agriculture, there was such a cultivation method from local seeds under the kanna system.
That farming system should be modernized under Prāṇa Economy.
Steps - Energy and transportation have become the biggest barriers to the survival of bio-systems.

Regarding the use of mineral oil, the ranking of the countries on the Wprldometers.info website should be taken into account and the transport sector of Sri Lanka should be understood. Sri Lanka ranks 73rd among oil consuming countries. It is as much as 0.1% of world oil consumption. But among 180 countries, Sri Lanka's air pollution index (Air quality rank) ranks 100th. What is even more alarming is that the tree covers loss index ranks 70th. Due to this, on the one hand, rapid air pollution and on the other hand, it is becoming difficult to reduce carbon emissions.
Changes in the energy sector must be made to reduce carbon emissions. Human powered modes of transportation such as bicycles should be developed. Special attention should be paid to reducing air pollutant inputs for power generation. Due to the construction of business places to completely cover both sides of the highways, the road system becomes very hot. Landscaping should be added to the road system in Sri Lanka, just like the landscaping around some railway lines in Germany.

Step - The most important part of eliminating undesirable conditions from the production process. In particular, rather than recycling waste, introducing strategies to prevent the addition of waste materials to products represents a new change in the field of waste management.

At the heart of the bio-economy is the latest shift in industry. It is to protect the biological system by producing 'multi-purpose friendly equipment' and making a change in the market.

The process of biocide is accelerated by the things produced and destroyed by the industrial sector. Accordingly, the production system should be adjusted in such a way as to avoid situations that affect the animals. There is a need to minimize the amount of inputs and create versatile outputs. It is not increasing productivity by increasing the number of output units. A 'multitasking output unit' is not limited to just productivity. It is minimizing the use of resources without controlling consumption needs. A change in the production process in this way can make our infinite kindness to living creatures a reality.

What is the
Prāṇa Economy strategy?
*************************

A benevolent economic system seeks not to protect animals from the economic process, but to avoid harm. The production system should be reorganized based on avoiding impacts on animals.
Therefore, the strategy of the Prāṇa Economy is to 'tune human capital to adapt to the Eightfold Path of Prāṇa'. On the one hand, it is protecting the bio-system by producing 'multi-purpose friendly equipment' and creating a change in the market.

'Tuning human capital' can be done by guiding humans to create optimal conditions by ‘harmonizing the strengths of traditional knowledge systems and hi-tech strategies’. Because of this, the education and communication sectors should be organized in such a way as to produce conscientious citizens.
'Tuning human capital' refers to the task of mastering the knowledge and skills of human beings to adapt them to the rational production system.

The production of 'multifunctional friendly equipment' reduces the amount of inputs and eliminates the need for multiple units from one finished unit. It is not limited to just creating productivity. Minimizing the use of resources without controlling consumption needs. A change in the production process in this way can make our infinite kindness to living creatures a reality.

The Eightfold Path of Prāṇa (Prāṇa Ashtangika Marga) is the 12 spheres that determine the destiny of the living being. The 12 sectors are divided into four pairs namely 'Education and Institutions, Land and Agriculture, Energy and Transport, Industry and Waste'.

Can Prāṇa economy be followed?
Instead of making money by

controlling the ecosystem, even those who do not want to follow an altruistic economy want clean air, water, food, and the environment. In addition, can the least humanity accept that the human-centered production system cannot be further developed? We are trying to suggest an answer.

The principle of self-interested industrialization is to minimize the amount of inputs and create versatile outputs under the production of multi-functional friendly equipment. It goes beyond reducing inputs or increasing productivity by increasing the number of units of output.

An output unit that can be used for several tasks is not limited to productivity. It is minimizing the use of resources without controlling consumption needs. A change in the production process in this way can make our infinite kindness to living creatures a reality.

Steve Job’s introduction of the Smart Phone brought about a huge change in the subject of multi-purpose products, which is actually a separate economic science concept. Due to the versatility of the smart phone, it can access thousands of PDF books. As well as the calendar, the paper used for the diary is saved.
The camera saves a lot of minerals and metals. Letter transactions become easier. Transportation of goods becomes easy. Distance education systems will emerge. Due to this, transportation requirements are reduced. In this way, the struggle between man and the bio-system has been greatly reduced by the multi-purpose devices that can be stored in a small space. Prāṇa Economy aims to make this mandatory in every product.
Although the concept of 'good multipurpose production' has not been theorized as an economic system, it is currently happening. Under that, another type of hard home appliances called Smart Furniture has been introduced. A rapid change in the creation of human capital is taking place along with the market for this multi-purpose social equipment. Because of this, old style jobs are disappearing and there is a huge demand for a new style service sector. Thus, it is clear that Prāṇa Economy is not just an ideal that fails to use a good name.

Coexistence of
Consumption and Prāṇa Economy
""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""”"

The terrible conflict between man and the environment must be ended by ending man's greed or by finding the Kalpavraksha tree that gives the desired resources. But this great tragedy cannot be stopped by proposing such fictions.

We cannot stop making pot. But making flower pots is not essential. However, greed and power combine to demand flowerpots. Then what we have to do is to make a Smart Potty that can be used for various needs like a flowerpot, a rice pot, a water pot and a fruit pot.

Then it will be possible to control the unlimited consumption without getting into greed. Therefore, instead of stopping consumption, we suggest to protect the ecosystem by making a change in the market by producing multi-purpose friendly equipment. It is for a soulful existence that does not clash with overconsumption.

'Prāṇa' and knowledge systems
""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
The connection between Prāṇa and breath is recognized in Indian culture from the earliest times. teachings also have a special art of breath control called Pranayama. The world's oldest evidence of meditating yogis is found in ancient clay tablets from the Indus Valley Civilization. Indian culture is rich with a huge knowledge system about animals and plants collected over thousands of years.
In Sanskrit and Pali literature, one finds very fine and long commentaries on Prāṇa. In the Sanskrit text 'Nisvasattva samhita Naya sutra', written after the 6th century, Prāṇa is described as an energy associated with head, s*x and heart. None harming of animals is a fundamental teaching of Vedic, Jain and Buddhist teachings.

Developing the ability to Loss of life is the first teaching of the 'Ten Merits' in early Buddhism. Under that, Compassion should be extended to all living beings. In this way, the existence of man accepting the independent existence of his creatures is a basic feature of Indian culture.
