මනසින් සවිමත්~ දරුවන් පොහොසත්

මේ වසරේ ළමා දින තේමාව වන "සවිමත් මනසකින් පෝෂිත දරුවෝ" යන්නෙන් අපට කියා දෙන්නේ දරුවෙකු පෝෂණය කළ යුත්තේ නිසි ආහාර පාන ලබාදීමෙන් ම පමණක් නොවන බවයි

මනස සවිමත් දරුවෙකු යනු,
✨ අභියෝගයකට බිය නොවන සිතක් ඇති
✨ තම හැඟීම් තේරුම් ගෙන කළමනාකරණය කරගත හැකි
✨ අන් අයට ආදරය, කරුණාව දක්වන
✨ ප්‍රශ්න අසා, හිතා, විසඳුම් සොයන කුතුහලයෙන් පිරි සිතක් ඇති දරුවෙක්

පෝෂිත දරුවෙකු යනු,
📚 දැනුමෙන්
🎨 නිර්මාණශීලීත්වයෙන්
❤️ ආදරය හා ආරක්ෂාවෙන්
🌱 යහපත් ගුණදම් හා සංස්කෘතියෙන්
🍱සමබල ආහාර වේලක් ලබා ගනිමින්
මේ සියල්ලකින්ම පෝෂිත දරුවෙක්

අපේ පොඩිත්තන්ගේ පුංචි හිත් සවිමත් වන තරමට, ඔවුන්ගේ හෙට දවසත්, අපේ රටේ හෙට දවසත් ශක්තිමත් වෙනවා.

එම නිසා, පොත පතේ වැඩකටයුතු පමණක් ම නෙවෙයි , ඔවුන්ට සෙල්ලම් කරන්නට ඉඩක් ලබා දෙමින් තනිව හිතන්නට නිදහසක් ලබාදෙමින් ඔවුන්ට සවන්දී ආදරයෙන් වැළඳගෙන
පෝශණීය ආහාර වේලක් ද ලබාදෙමින් ඔවුන්ගේ සංවර්ධනය ට අත්වැලක් වෙමු..

*අපේ සියලුම දරුවන්ට දැනුමෙන් පෝෂිත, ශක්තිමත් සිත් ඇති සුභ ළමා දිනයක් වේවා!*

Activity Friday 🍽🤎

A healthy day at school! Our kids made nutritious rotti today all by themselves and a little help with teachers ..
With whole wheat flour, grated veggies and a pinch of love, they learned about good food, teamwork, and taking care of their bodies. Watching them proudly share the rotti they made was the best part 🤎

Ambasevana Preschool Suwarapola concluded the second term today with an exciting educational trip to the Dehiwala Zoological Gardens. Children and parents enjoyed the day together, exploring different animals and learning about wildlife and nature. The trip was a joyful way to end the term and create beautiful memories before the holidays 💚

දරුවන්ට නැණ ගුණ වගේම ජීවිතේ පාඩම් කියල දෙන එකත් අපේ වගකීමක් පූර්ව ළමා සංවර්ධනය කියන්නෙ ඒකට තමයි. ස්වාධීන දරුවෙක් වෙලා හොඳින් තමන්ගෙ කටයුතු කරගන්නට වගේම නිවසේදී දෙමාපියන්ට ත් උදව් උපකාර කරමින් හොඳ පුරවැසියෙක් වෙන ගමනේ තවත් පියවරක් තබන්නට අද දවසෙ අපේ අඹසෙවන සිඟිත්තෝ පුංචි උත්සාහයක් ගත්තා. බලන්නකො අපේ සුවාරපොල අඹසෙවන පොඩිත්තෝ සතුටින් ඒ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් වල යෙදුනෙ කොහොමද කියලා.

What are clothes made of? How do we keep them clean?

Our little learners had so much fun exploring different cloth materials!

They touched cotton, wool, and denim, and learned which clothes we wear in hot and cold weather.
We also practiced washing clothes and learned that clean clothes make us feel fresh and happy.
Learning about clothes is learning to take care of ourselves!

Today is our Fruit Salad Day !!!

A rainbow in a bowl, made by tiny hands!
On Fruit Salad Activity Day, our Ambasevana kids explored colors, tastes, and teamwork. With laughter and learning, they chopped fruits and made something delicious together. Healthy food, happy hearts, and sweet memories all in one day.
