After 16 years of our lean journey, Lean Academy Sri Lanka proudly organized its second Study Tour to Toyota facilities and supplier plants, including a valuable session at Toyota Kirloskar Motors in Bangalore, India, to gain a deeper understanding of how lean is practiced across every Toyota operation.

This meaningful learning experience was carried out together with the Lean Green Belt students of the Sri Lanka Institute of Textile and Apparel (SLITA) Campus, along with the SLITA faculty lecturers and management team, from 31 March to 3 April, 2026.

A great opportunity to learn from the source, strengthen practical knowledge, and inspire the next generation of lean practitioners in Sri Lanka.
