Coaching for ERPM We provide coaching for ERPM/ ACT16 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Classes are conducted by an experienced panel of doctors.

Programs are conducted for small groups to have interactive discussion based education targeting the exams. ERPM or formerly known as ACT-16 is the bar exam for Sri Lankan nationals who have graduated in medicine in foreign countries to enter the Sri Lankan system of medical practice. This exam is now revised recently (in 2017 and 2021) with the aim of improving the standards including uniformity

as well as to make the exam more candidate friendly. Despite these changes ERPM examination is a challenge to most students due to several specific reasons,
1. Lack of training in Sri Lankan setting as the spectrum of diseases, presentations and management strategies are much different from some other countries (eg - China, eastern European countries)
2. Limited exposure to clinical scenarios during training due to inadequate clinical training facilities or language barriers.
3. Differences in assessment strategies between local universities (also SLMC) and foreign universities. It might be of value for these students to follow local programs with the aim of filling these gaps to improve the ability to pass the ERPM exam. We provide services to such individuals with great compassion through our teaching programs.

ERPM Coaching Sessions for Surgical Track will be conducted by an experienced tutor. He is currently working as a registrar in general surgery and has completed a post graduate diploma in critical care medicine in 2020. Interactive sessions will be carried out in small groups.
