as well as to make the exam more candidate friendly. Despite these changes ERPM examination is a challenge to most students due to several specific reasons,
1. Lack of training in Sri Lankan setting as the spectrum of diseases, presentations and management strategies are much different from some other countries (eg - China, eastern European countries)
2. Limited exposure to clinical scenarios during training due to inadequate clinical training facilities or language barriers.
3. Differences in assessment strategies between local universities (also SLMC) and foreign universities. It might be of value for these students to follow local programs with the aim of filling these gaps to improve the ability to pass the ERPM exam. We provide services to such individuals with great compassion through our teaching programs.
