On May 28th 2026, 10 children of YMCA Preschool together with their parents enjoyed a wonderful educational excursion. They visited the Dehiwala Zoo, where they had the opportunity to observe a variety of animals and learn about wildlife. The trip continued to Ratmalana Airport, where they gained exciting insights into airplanes and how air travel works. Finally, they visited the sacred Kelaniya Temple, experiencing a peaceful and meaningful cultural and religious environment.

It was a joyful and educational day filled with learning, discovery, and memorable experiences for all the little ones. 🌿✈️🐘🙏

Celebrating the Sinhala & Tamil New Year with our little ones in the most joyful and colorful way! From preparing a beautiful traditional food table filled with sweet treats, to dressing up in lovely cultural costumes, every moment was full of happiness and excitement. Our little stars enjoyed playing Avurudu games, performing kolam, and experiencing the beauty of our rich traditions. Seeing their innocent smiles and laughter reminds us that the true spirit of the New Year lives in togetherness, culture, and love. May this New Year bring endless happiness and bright futures to all our children.
