🍍🐔 Fruit Rooster Platter 🍓🥝

🧾 Ingredients
• 🍌 1 banana (for the rooster body)
• 🍍 1 pineapple (top/leaves for the tail + fruit cubes)
• 🥕 1 carrot (comb, beak & wattle)
• 🍓 Strawberries
• 🫐 Blueberries
• 🥝 Kiwi slices
• 🍒 Cherries or raspberries
• 🍇 Grapes (optional)
• 🍍 Pineapple slices or cubes
• 🍋 Lemon juice (optional, to keep fruit fresh)
• 🥢 Toothpicks or skewers

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Create the Rooster Body
• Place the 🍌 banana horizontally.
• Cut a small flat base so it stands steadily.

2️⃣ Make the Head 🐔
• Slice 🥕 carrot pieces to form:
• the comb (top)
• the beak
• the wattle (under the beak)
• Attach using toothpicks.

3️⃣ Add the Tail 🍍
• Cut the leafy top of the pineapple.
• Insert it into the back of the banana to create the rooster tail.

4️⃣ Prepare the Fruit 🍓
• Wash and slice all fruits.
• Cut pineapple into cubes.
• Sprinkle a little 🍋 lemon juice to prevent browning.

5️⃣ Assemble the Platter 🎨
• Place pineapple cubes in a small bowl.
• Stand the rooster on top or just behind the bowl.
• Arrange fruits in colorful circles:
• 🍓 strawberries
• 🍍 pineapple rings
• 🫐 blueberries
• 🥝 kiwi slices
• 🍒 berries

6️⃣ Final Touch ✨
• Balance colors evenly for a bright rainbow look.
• Serve fresh and enjoy!
