කෝපි කියන්නේ මම බොන්න ආසම පානය. මම පොඩි කාලේ ඉඳන්ම තේ බොන කෙනෙක් නෙවෙයි. ඒ නිසාම, කෝපි එක්ක මගේ සම්බන්ධතාව ටිකක් වෙනස් විදිහටම හදාගත්ත එකක්. ☕
නුවර ඉඳන් කොළඹට ආපු මුල්ම කාලේ “café culture” කියන දේ මට සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම අලුත්. ඒක ගැන කිසිම අත්දැකීමක් තිබුනේ නැහැ. දවසක්, මම ආසාවට café එකකට ගියා. Menu card එක බලද්දී අමුතු අමුතු නම් ගොඩක්.. අහලත් නැහැ, දැකලත් නැහැ. ඉතින් මම හිතලා හිතලා order කරේ Americano එකක් 😋 ඒකේ රස නම්… දන්නෝ දනිති!
ඊට පස්සේ මට පුළුවන් වෙලාවට café යන්න හුරු වුණා. එක එක coffee වර්ග try කරා. එහෙම යද්දී මට තේරුණා “මම මෙච්චර ආස දේ ගැන හරියට ඉගෙන ගත්තොත් කොහොමද?” කියලා.
ඉතින් මම barista courses ගැන හොයන්න පටන් ගත්තෙ. තැන් ගොඩක් තිබුණා. ඇත්තටම barista කියන්නේ පොතෙන් විතරක් ඉගෙන ගන්න පුළුවන් දෙයක් නෙවෙයි. ඒක practice, proper guidance සහ real experience එක්ක develop කරගන්න ඕනි skill එකක්.
මම ගොඩක් තැන් වලට කතා කරා, හොයලා බැලුවා. අන්තිමේදී මට හම්බුනා මම හොයපු විදිහේ තැනක්. Ceylon Barista Academy
මම ඉතා වගකීමෙන් කියනවා.. coffee history ඉඳන්ම හොඳ knowledge එකක් සහ strong skill එකක් එක්ක මට එලියට එන්න පුළුවන් වුනා.
මම පුද්ගලිකව coffee 150කට ආසන්න ප්රමාණයක් හදලා තියෙනවා. ඒ practice එක හරහා තමයි මගේ skill එකත්, confidence එකත් build වුණේ.
ඒක මම බය නැතුව කියනවා. "Barista" කෙනෙක් වෙන්න ඇත්තටම ආසාවක් තියෙනවා නම් යන්න ඕනි හරිම තැන තමයි Ceylon Barista Academy ❤️
