🌟 KUMON ASIA-OCEANIA Mentoring Program 2026–27 🌟
Theme: Building a Strong Centre, Leading Towards Growth

We are delighted to share that five instructors from the Asia-Oceania region were selected as Mentees for the prestigious KUMON ASIA-OCEANIA Mentoring Program 2026–27, a two-year development program conducted under the guidance of experienced Mentor Instructors.

It is a great privilege that our Chief Instructor, Ms. Shamalee Perera, was selected as a Mentee Delegate for this esteemed program. 🎉

The first physical session of the program was held in Manila, Philippines, from 4th–6th May 2026. ✨

The event was graced by distinguished Kumon leaders, including:
🔹 Ikuya Yagi, President, KAO
🔹 Atsushi Hasegawa, General Manager (Field RSO), General Manager (SB), and General Manager (KANZ)
🔹 Yuichi Tadokoro, General Manager (Admin, RSO)

The mentoring program is led by Maria Teresa V. Santos> (Teacher Tess) from Kumon Valenzuela Centre, Philippines, while Niyati Mohan serves as the Staff-in-Charge for Ms Shamalee for the program.

The sessions included valuable learning experiences through a visit to Kumon Valenzuela Centre, discussions on best practices, sharing of experiences, and collaborative learning among participants. It also provided an excellent opportunity for networking and building professional connections across the Asia-Oceania region. 🤝🌏
