This is not just an admin job. You are the first person a potential student talks to and the last person who makes sure they are fully set up before their course begins.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

→ Call new leads, explain our courses warmly, and guide them to register
→ Handle all student inquiries on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram
→ Manage our Facebook and Instagram pages — reply to comments and DMs
→ Register new students, confirm payments, and handle onboarding
→ Manage our student and leads WhatsApp groups
→ Keep our lead tracking system updated daily
→ Send daily report to the founder

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU:

✅ Speak and write confident English and Sinhala
✅ Are a natural communicator — you enjoy talking to people and explaining things clearly
✅ Are highly organised and reliable — you do what you say, every single day
✅ Know how to use WhatsApp Business, pages, and basic Google Sheets
✅ Are available 9am–6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday
✅ Have a laptop and stable internet at home
