Recently, I facilitated strategy alignment experience with a senior leadership team from Agricultural Commodities Sourcing and Export industry, exploring a simple but powerful question:
What will it take to succeed in the next phase of growth?
The model was built around three circles:

What helped us get here? The decisions, relationships, culture, and ways of working that created success.
* The Friction Map
What is creating pressure today? The assumptions, practices, and business realities that may no longer serve the future.
* X factor
What must evolve? The mindsets, capabilities, and behaviours needed for the next chapter.
